Welcome to Knot a Basic Beach House, an exquisite 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 half baths beach home where island dreams do come true! The perfect place to create the ultimate beach getaway with your family and friends. The home is luxurious with state of the art amenities, comfortably sleeps 10, has impeccable water views from the rooftop decks, and has a beautiful private pool w/ a spa. You’ll love the location, as your a short 2 minute walk to Lido Beach, 5 minute walk to St. Armands Circle, near bike rental shops, and nature parks. St. Armands Circle is well known for gourmet restaurants, upscale boutiques, galleries, bistros, and dessert shops.
There are no pets allowed in this home.
This property has an active Ring doorbell and additional video surveillance on the pool equipment only.
PARKING: Maximum 4 cars in the driveway; Do Not Block the Sidewalk and Temporary Street Parking ONLY (1-hour) - strictly enforced by the City of Sarasota.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
