Everything about this place and the staff is very good and helping everyone is a vibe here.

Verder. Elke dag zelfde ontbijtkaartje met 3 opties. Lekkage airco.

Freundliches Personal. Ruhige Lage.
Klimaanlage 1x zu laut, 1x ausgefallen (alt !), deshalb 2x Zimmeerwechsel in 9 Tagen.
Hotel hat keinen eigenen Strandabschnitt mit Liegestühlen. Liegt ganz am Anfang des Chawengbeach. Deshalb zum Abendessen immer Sammeltaxi erforderlich. Pro Person 50 Baht.

Staff, nice pool, access to other areas.
There was too much work being done to the hotel. This was literally next to the pool beds. Given that work was also ongoing elsewhere, the hotel should close to get this work done. It resulted in no peace and quiet during the day and we would expect better.

The beds were comfy, the rooms were cleaned daily, the pool area was outstanding and there was Netflix on the TV’s which was a nice touch
We did have to get taxis everywhere but it wasn’t too much of a problem

Very good breakfast buffet had choice of lots of fresh fruits, pancakes, made to order egg choices, bacon, toast. Good chance to meet fellow guests.
Hazardous steps to the beach. Three people needed to go to hospital due to slipping on the only steps to the beach in three separate incidents. One needed stitches to his skull and had a concussion. Management needs to improve access by installing railings, &/or a non-slip treatment on the concrete steps, posting hazard signs, warning people at check-in &/ or committing to daily power-washing of the steps since the tide covers them each time it comes up and they get slimy with seaweed and algae. After hearing of three injuries during my two week stay there, management posted a small temporary sign and began power-washing the steps daily but on a second visit the sign was gone and the power-washing had stopped again.
Also there was a power outage on my last night and there were no emergency lights in the 4 storey hotel. I was on the third floor and it was very scary since I'm a solo female traveller. There was no communication from the staff, and nobody on the front desk. The night watchmen didn't speak a word of English and could not tell any of us when the power would come back on.

Es igual a las fotos. Esta a unos 25m andando del centro y a prácticamente a pie de playa. La zona es muy tranquila y consta de un bar en la piscina con todo tipo de amacas.
Que no se podía pagar con tarjeta.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at all time.
We rented a motorbike as soon as we arrived.
They showed us hot get the ferry to Koh Phangan.
Maybe a bit more options for the breakfast.
The bathroom isn't very good and it's terribly dark. I have to use the flashlight on my phone to shave.

Rauhallinen sijainti, ystävällinen palvelu ja kiva allas/ranta-alue.
Hieman kulunutta ja vanhaa.

Nothing
From the begining it was going wrong. We arrived at 7 pm, so not that late. The reception was already closed and we got checked in by the security guy who didn't speak a single word to us. There was literally NO HOUSEKEEPING. We had a bungalow with the sea view but near the hotel there's basically no beach. The tide was very high during our stay. Waves were hitting hard and everything in front of the house was dirty and wet. Standard of the house is low, beds were mattresses on some high piece of furniture. It's not isolated at all (many holes between the roof and walls). In the bathroom cockroaches, ants, lizard, mosquitos. The floor in the bathroon is made of stones and stone plates - cool idea but the position of plates was unfortunate that you can use shower/toilet only in certain place. Location is not good, far away from the city. In general before coming to Samui better check weather first. Maybe it's not worth wasting vacation on a bad weather.

We had the ocean-view suite with the private pool and it was an experience unlike any I’ve had in all my years of travel. The room sits right over the ocean with a big window so that you can see your pool elevated over the ocean, and you constantly hear the ocean as well. It stormed one morning around sunrise, and it felt magical. All-around ethereal experience that is really good value…obviously this room is pricier than others on the property, but well worth it in my opinion.
The place is interesting because while its location and architecture affords a 5-star experience for certain rooms as described above, it’s quite a no-frills establishment. Not a bad thing…just don’t come here expecting the swarm of uniformed staff taking your bags and giving you a welcome drink like a lot of nice properties in the area feature. More like they’ll run a copy of your passport, give you a key with a big plastic tab as a keychain that you have to insert in a slot inside the door for the electric to work, and wish you a nice stay. But our room did have bathrobes…as I write this I regret in a way putting it under “what I didn’t like,” because I think the property excels where it counts and is able to offer a great value by skipping the frills, but I guess I just wanted to put all this out there so people know what to expect.
One small thing I will ding them for…when we checked out, they charged us 500 baht for a broken wine glass and some blood stains on the bedsheets…I’ve stayed at a variety of accommodation types over the years, but have never had a property do that. While a good value, I still feel that the room charge was high enough where they could have eaten those costs. No biggie…just a slight annoyance to be nickel-and-dimed.

Moved to multiple rooms trying to find a room with AC that worked late at night. The man helping me didn’t speak a word of English.
Showers aren’t actually showers but bathtubs with a mobile shower head.
The location of the resort isn’t exactly as advertised on Google maps.
Realistically, it’s a 2 star hotel and shouldn’t be charging more than 50 CDN per night and we paid just over 100.
You’d be better off staying at a hostel and paying for a private room because that’s essentially what you get here.
