About this cottage rental
The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and a washing machine, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is one king-size bedroom with TV, freestanding bath and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is a private front terrace with furniture, roadside parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis and a council car parking nearby with weekly permit available. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.4 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved dog welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Seaspray is a lovely base for a romantic getaway in East Anglia. Note: No children. Note: Loading/unloading outside property only. Please note: Between September - March the property only accepts a minimum of 3 night bookings and April - August minimum of 7 night bookings starting on a Friday

Enjoy strolling along the East or West promenades, which have a beach with a silver-pebbled shoreline leading to golden beaches with rock pools and streams adjacent to ochre cliffs, local fishing boats, and an RLNI lifeboat station with museum, as well as sea vistas with blue skies and red sunsets. The "Little Theatre," which is open all year long, a model boating lake, coastal parks with seating, a steam railway, golfing, amusement arcades, and fish & chip restaurants with locally caught fish are further attractions in this charming, traditional seaside town.
