This one-level property is perfect for those not wanting stairs to the three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are furnished with two Double beds each and share a tiled full bath just across the hall. The roomy King Owner's suite, located at the end of the hall for additional privacy, pampers with a private sitting area, a handsomely tiled ensuite, a large closet and its own entry to the covered deck where salt breezes and sunshine grant soothing serenity.
Besides the complex's private swimming pool and marsh boardwalks-ideal for crabbing, fishing and wildlife viewing, Timbercreek also has docks for putting in kayaks and paddle boards. Plus, when you partner with WWP, you enjoy access to our 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends. If you seek marsh magic, you’ll find it when you vacation at 30 Knots on Bald Head Island.
Bring your canine family member! Dogs are permitted for an additional required nonrefundable $300/pet fee.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON CLUBS: Both clubs are independent from WWP or any WWP properties. As such, all arrangements for temporary memberships must be handled by renters directly with the Clubs. Renters are strongly encouraged to make desired reservations with the club immediately upon booking, and also to become familiar with club policies, procedures, and schedules. WWP representatives will not be able to answer most club-related questions.
