This beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment is part of the sought-after Latimer Terraces, an outstanding complex bordering the green expanse of Rauora Park and Latimer Square.
Split over three levels, this home offers a surprising amount of space and privacy, as well as wonderful security. The apartment resides behind electronic gates and you will enjoy single garaging plus one off-street car park.
The three double bedrooms are generously proportioned, with one on the ground floor and the remaining two bedrooms situated on the third level. Bathrooms are situated on the ground floor and third level also, with the kitchen and living on the first floor.
The apartment boasts a fresh air recovery system, heat pump, and commercial-grade double glazing. Together with the light and sun, you will find this apartment incredibly warm and comfortable.
In 2019 Latimer Terraces took out the NZIA Canterbury Architecture Award for Housing, and this particular apartment has been awarded a Homestar 6 rating. (Meaning increased insulation, thermal modelling, effective moisture control, efficient heating, lighting, and appliances.
Our cleaning fees reflect the level of care and detail our housekeeping team provide in our homes. While you may be staying in a regular family home, our intention is to provide hotel-quality comfort for your stay, regardless of the type of property. This requires extensive cleaning after each check-out to ensure every guest is able to experience our properties at their best. Our cleans also include hotel-quality linen on all our beds, bathroom toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, as well as tea, coffee & hot chocolate for your first couple of days.
For stays exceeding 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required to keep the property at the highest standards. If you would also like a linen change please let us know so we can book this in for the same time. Mid-stay cleans or linen changes for stays less than 14 days are optional. This service can be booked through your personal Guest Boarding Pass.
