About this house rental

Quality 7 bedroom (sleeps 14), 4 bathroom. Lodge situated on 11 acres on the outskirts of Christchurch City. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable large lounge and dining room. Laundry facilities (2 washing machines and dryer). Fully furnished and linen provided. Free SKY TV and Wifi. Large parking area. Surrounded by expansive lawn and garden. The Lodge is 5 minutes to the Christchurch Airport, 12 minutes to central city and within short driving distance to all amenities.
Our minimum occupancy is 3 NIGHTS.
Special conditions:
Spires can cater for small or larger groups.
Smoking is not allowed within the lodge.

Cannot recommend this accom and host highly enough. Was absolutely perfect for an extended family group to attend my daughter's graduation. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. Great setup re: areas to congregate in whilst providing places for space and privacy. Thanks so much Lesley!

A great place for a family gathering . Hosts were fantastic , friendly and helpful. As the host said. Its not the Ritz but also not the pits. A home where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings or get in the car to see the sights. Extra points for being close to the airport.

What a great house, and a great location! Lesley was a thoughtful and friendly host, kept us well-stocked with the essentials and even brought over fresh-cut flowers from her beautiful rose garden. We were a group of eight participating in a tennis tournament in Christchurch. This spacious property suited our needs well with it's seven bedrooms and large lounge area. Having four bathrooms meant there was no long delay for a shower at the end of the day and the hot water never ran out! Our host kindly turned on the heaters mid afternoon so we always returned to a warm house which our group appreciated.

My family had a wonderful stay at the Lodge. Lesley and Brooke made us feel welcome. The Lodge was spacious and clean. There was ample supply of towels, beddings, pillows, plates, bowls, cups, etc. We felt like home with the big kitchen, dining room, and living room. We also enjoyed the beautiful rose garden and huge yard very much. The location was very convenient - 8 min drive to the airport as well as several supermarkets and malls. Highly recommend this lovely place!

It’s truly an oasis great lodge for a whānau holiday get away. Plenty of room and space with all the facilities to make your stay comfortable. Our host Lesley is amazing. We are even looking at planning another trip to Christchurch again and will look to book this again for another week. It’s that good whānau. Very helpful host, kept in contact with us daily. Lodge is comfortable and warm. Beds were very comfortable too! Gas hot water, cooking and electric heaters in each room. Enjoyed our Christchurch trip made easy with the accommodation to host our whanau gathering. Would definitely recommend and would love to revisit in summer. Thank you Lesley for being a kind and thoughtful host.

This property was exactly what we needed for our Christchurch stay. Loved that there was lots of bathrooms. Lesley was lovely and very helpful. We had a large group and booked last minute and she was very accomodating. My toddler loved seeing the cows and sheep as we drove in and the caterpillars in the rose garden. Would definitely stay again :)
