Included for your enjoyment are board/card games, smart TVs, Foosball table, stocked coffee station, bar kit for making cocktails, & a desk in case you need to work during your stay.
The Space:

✮ Two Smart TV's with popular streaming platforms available to enjoy with your own accounts
✮ Keurig with coffee pods, creamer, and sugar available for use during your stay
✮ Designated workspace in loft area
✮ Private laundry room with detergent, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board provided
✮ Dishwasher with dish soap and detergent provided
✮ Bar cart with cocktail kit for serving drinks
✮ Downstairs bathroom has a shower, upstairs bathroom has a nice sized tub as well as a shower
Guest Access:
You will be provided with two codes prior to check in, one that will give you access to the apartment building and a second personalized one, which will unlock the smart lock we have installed on the apartment door throughout the duration of your stay.

You will have access to one parking pass for the apartment complex which will allow you to park one car in the parking lot for free throughout your stay. You will also be within walking distance to most of what downtown Raleigh has to offer! Public transportation is close by as well.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the second bedroom is a loft that has a balcony (with blackout curtains) overlooking the living area! Due to this unit being part of a residential apartment complex, we ask that you respect the neighbors by having quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am.
Interaction with Guests:
I am available via message through the site and will provide my phone number once the reservation is confirmed! You will be able to check in whenever you arrive without in person contact as you will be sent a personal entry code for the Smart Lock located on the front door.
