Absolutely perfect! From the natural scenery to the inside you could not ask for more!

This is a very comfortable property with beautiful grounds and a fantastic view--and a popcorn machine!! The apartment is well-equipped and best of all: The host gave us ZERO chores to complete before check-out :)

My husband, son, and I stayed at the Point Bolin Guesthouse for four nights. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had together. The property is spot on excellent. The interior is amazingly comfortable. We had fun lounging on the super comfy couch and watching movies. The beds were also very comfortable. Every detail is taken care of by the hosts. We had drinks in the fridge, s’mores to toast on the fire pit, and water by our beds. The outdoor garden is also amazing. We loved the view, flowers, birds, and watching the moon rise and reflect over the water. We hope to return for another visit soon. We hated to leave.

So relaxing and the host was very thoughtful with all the details offered! The air vents blow loudly but earplugs are provided. Beautiful view. Perfect stay for our wedding weekend.

Our stay was to short. There to see family. Granddaughter graduation. Not there much. Beautiful, clean, lots of extras we will come back.

The Point Bolin Guest House is perfect! It is beautifully decorated, exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped.
The garden and the view are stellar! We didn’t want to leave.

The property was amazing, everything was included, even the smores! The hosts were great to deal with also.
Thank You

Our family of 4 stayed here for a few nights for my sisters wedding. The location is gorgeous. The gardens are beautiful and the views are even better than the photos. lots of lawn games, a porch swing, a solo stove.
There are so many thoughtful touches on the inside of the house. We had nespresso in the morning, sodas and waters in the mini fridge, and a popcorn machine and smores kit. We’ll be back soon!

It was a perfect location - being so close to my 94 year old Dad's place. Beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Great views of the water too.

Everything my kids and I expected were far exceeded by out anticipations. What a wonderful location and views; the guest house was so well decorated and had everything we would ever need in a VRBO. The price was so fair and we loved the communication with our hosts. Great JOB!

We loved our visit! Truly among the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. Exquisite views of Puget Sound. Felt like a home away from home. Everything felt perfect for our needs. The weather was cold and when we arrived it was so warm, cozy and welcoming inside. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Well stocked kitchenette with supplies for making tea and coffee. The place felt very clean, aesthetically designed and well cared for. Karina made herself available whenever we had a need while being simultaneously unobtrusive. We hope to return again, perhaps for a longer visit.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Took some beautiful hikes during the day, and returned to this oasis late in the afternoon to relax and enjoy the beautiful view and cozy and welcoming home.
Thank you, Karina and Nicolas, for being thoughtful hosts.
We look forward to another visit!

Lovely property, lovely location, Karina is lovely and kind. Property was as advertised, best for a shorter stay (long weekend) due to tiny freezer, microwave only. Weekend stay eating out all meals would give 5 stars!

My husband and I were attending a wedding at the Kiana Lodge and I found this gem! Venue was 3 minutes away, which was the #1 selling point for us. It was also beautifully decorated and with so much detail! I got a lot of inspiration for our own home. The view was stunning, would love to stay there in the summer!

This stay was for a sisters weekend. We were lucky enough to find the property on pretty short notice. The rental is just as it appears in the pictures including a wonderful, peaceful view of Agate Pass on Puget Sound. Karina was a great hostess and very quick to get back to us to answer questions. She thought of every possible thing a renter could need while staying there, including many snacks and treats. The unit was very clean and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to be centrally located but still peacefully away from it all at the rental.

Karina and Nicholas’ place was one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed at! Gorgeous views of the water from a beautifully landscaped garden, very quiet and private. Inside, everything was so cozy and comfortable, from the couch to the bed. Karina is a top notch host, and there were so many small touches to make you feel welcome - snacks, drinks in the fridge, s’mores supplies. It was the perfect home base for exploring Bainbridge Island, and we’d stay here in a heartbeat! Can’t beat watching the sunset over the water while sitting by the fire.

The description of the place was exactly how we found it when we arrived. The communication and hospitality was even better than I could have expected. We had a great experience and are very grateful for the hosts for letting us stay here for our nearby event. This place is one I would highly recommend to friends/family/strangers not just because of the amazing view, but also the entire experience. 10/10 recommend, 5 stars, the hosts are awesome! Thank you again!

Honestly this is probably the best Vrbo (or place of that kind) that I have ever stayed in. We were going to a wedding nearby and not only are the views incredible in the backyard oasis but the hosts have literally thought of everything - from lots of snacks, to a s’mores basket to all the bathroom products you might need. And it’s beautifully decorated, had a super comfortable bed and is perfectly clean.

I’d like to preface this review by sharing that my wife and I booked this property with the intent of being close to our wedding venue at Kiana Lodge.
The hosts were communicative, very welcoming and accommodating. When we shared with our host, Karina, that we were getting married and having several vendors including our photographer, videographers, and makeup artist arriving at the property, Karina was very welcoming of everyone and made accommodations onto the main floor of her house. In addition to having a beautiful home, the bed was comfortable to sleep on, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels.
You cannot beat the amazing backyard views of the Bay. Across the cute, little Japanese bridge on the circular patio was where my wife and I had our First Look. The morning dew and calming waters were just serene, and watching both the boats and sunsets were just incredible to look at. The landscape surrounding the back patio and walkway is so peaceful and magical to walk around. We weren’t able to use the fire pit but there was a s’more kit readily available.
We thoroughly enjoyed how close the property is to our venue and to downtown Poulsbo where there are plenty of things to do and check out. The next time we plan an extended stay in Poulsbo, we’ll be sure to come here again! Karina and her husband, Nic, will make sure that you’re welcomed, comfortable, and well-accommodated.

It was incredible. The comforts of home surround you, and the little details that are everywhere made our stay so warm and welcoming. We cannot wait to return and just unplug from the world.
Karena and Nicholas are the best hosts ever!!! I’ve had a knee replacement since I’ve been there and everyday I was wishing I was doing my recovery there. I could be working on a puzzle, reading a great book, bird watching or just swinging on the out side swing taking in the view.
We cannot wait to return. Karena and Nicholas, Thankyou from the bottom of out hearts….💖👍

If I could give a six star rating I would. This property was so clean and even better than the pictures. Karina had several great suggestions for everything from dining to nearby activities and so many attractions are nearby. You can go into town and enjoy the great shops or explore so many options in nature from boating to hiking.
The best part about this property is you don't even need to fill your time with lots of activities- You could just take in the amazing view and enjoy the peaceful environment while reading a book, or watch all that's going on out on the lake. Indoors is just as cozy and inviting. If it is a cloudy day the living area is a great place to hang out as well.
The amount of little extra touches are countless and Karina and Nic made us feel very welcome and special.

The rental was hands down the nicest, most maintained and well appointed property we have rented.
From the time you park you can tell Katrina puts a lot of love, attention, and work into the home. Beautiful flowers blooming all around. The rental is downstairs and accessible down some stairs at the back of the house. Too many things to talk about inside the rental, but everything was comfortable from the beds to the couch to the bathroom and all beautifully decorated.
All the amenities included were thoughtful and useful. There were drinks in the fridge, everything needed to make coffee, kitchen and bathroom fully stocked, plenty of blankets for indoors and outdoors, puzzles and games, and even some thoughtful local gifts for the kids to take home.
The back yard and view was the winner though. Clear views of the waterway with beautiful mornings and sunsets. Plenty of birds and sea lions to see close up and with the provided binoculars. We found ourselves every morning just standing staring out into the water for an hour or two before the kids woke up. At night we were able to enjoy the sunset with the family using the Solo fire pit and the provided smores kit.
We ended up taking a lot of pictures of the view and sending to several family and friends as a recommendation for a place to stay. We will definitely be back!
Thank you Katrina for being very communicative, responsive, and accommodating. I wish all hosts were more like you.

This was one of my favorite properties to stay at. The host was so kind and thoughtful with all the little things they provided. The beds were comfortable and the view was absolutely amazing. We loved the location nessled back in the trees off the beaten track. We will definitely come back again if in the area.

Point Bolin Guesthouse has cemented its place as one of our families’ top places we’ve stayed (and hope to return to), not just for its beautiful view of the Agate Passage, but it’s comfortable accommodations and amenities. In addition, the hosts are wonderful, from their communication pre-stay, to the communication during our stay. I feel they thought of everything when preparing their guesthouse for visitors, and for our stay. If a question arose, it was likely there was a note that addressed the question, whether posted in their thoughtfully put together guesthouse binder, or a note near the amenity the question surfaced about. And while many hotels tout that if you forgot something, they will provide it…I felt the hosts really thought of everything in this regard (refreshing drinks to tide you over until you stock the fridge, smores kit to use with their firepit, etc.). The décor was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Lastly, Karina and Nicholas are warm and friendly hosts. We were greeted upon arriving and we felt as though we were the guests of good friends.

We had all of our needs met...in addition we were very comfortable. I recommend this lovely place

There are few opportunities to give a 100 percent rating to a hostess and an accommodation during a 2 night stay but this one deserves the highest grade. Located in a secluded forested area ten minutes from Poulsbo Village, we are greeted by the inviting hydrangeas at the entrance, the well manicured yard with a Japanese bridge and pond outside the guest room door and the most spectacular water view of Agate waterway from outside and inside of the accommodation. The spacious 2 bedroom, kitchen, bath and living room were Immaculately clean, practically brand new with the most comfortable high end beds and the greatest shower,
All the amenities one could think of were included.
I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting this area.

In all our travels this was by far the best! Waking up to the breathtaking view of the water and greenery! Bed very comfortable and everything needed for feeling right at home provided! Would definitely recommend and thanks for allowing us to stay!

This rental was a hidden gem!! The unit was very clean, the decor was spot on and the host left all kinds of great extras! We really loved the basket with all the stuff needed to make s’mores!! Initially we were worried that it would be too far from downtown Seattle but we just drove 10-15 minutes to the ferry parking lot and hopped on the ferry to go downtown. Plus, it gave us that Pacific Northwest wilderness vibe that we would not have gotten if we stayed in the city! The host was helpful and always responded in a timely manner. We had an amazing stay!!

The most beautiful guesthouse! Every detail was thought of to ensure the most comfortable experience. The view was spectacular, and the guesthouse was just as stunning. Poulsbo itself was a charming town, and the trip over to Seattle by ferry was very easy. Finally Karina and Nicolas were so welcoming, and they had great recommendations for places to go in the surrounding area. All in all, a perfect stay!

3 of us girlfriends stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! The space was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The outdoor area is peaceful and relaxing. There was an espresso make with pods ready and some beverages and water in the mini-fridge. The beds were super comfy and so was the couch. We spent the day in poulsbo and then sat outside and enjoyed the fire pit. Karina was super quick to respond to all of my questions. Can’t wait to go back!

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I booked this property and got a discount for being one of the first three guests to book on Vrbo. I would have paid close to $600 for a four night stay at the casino where my retreat was, but I nearly cut that in half by staying here. The location. Is about a two miles from the casino, on a private road and the lower guest house is immaculate. Everything was very clean and comforting. If I’mever in the area again I will be looking to stay here again!
