We spent a week here, and it was great. The home is very roomy and comfortable. Just a 10 minute walk to town, but the property is in a very quiet neighborhood. The deck was great for relaxing in the morning and evening. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the spacious unit, great views and proximity to commercial street. The condo sits way high up, possibly the highest on the hill, which gives it nice views in all directions, privacy and plenty of fresh air. There are numerous decks that are very pleasant. It was nicely furnished with a good kitchen. The lofty living room was particularly enjoyable to hang out in. The parking is convenient. Our only wish would be for a larger bathroom upstairs with its own shower. There are lots of stairs up to the front door which we didn’t mind but wouldn’t work for everyone. All in all a great place to be.

Really beautiful corner room condo with big picture windows that overlooks Boston commons! Great location.

The location of this home is beautiful, situated up on Miller Hill on the east side of Provincetown. The views are beautiful. Unfortunately, this home is not at all suitable for young children and parts of the home need updating in order to reach the value of staying at a home that costs over $5,500 for the week. The front and back deck railings are very dated and our toddlers could have easily fallen through. Therefore, we unfortunately could not really enjoy our time out there. The full bath was dated and didn’t have a fan, and there was no screen on the window so we couldn’t open it as when we tried bugs flew right in. This made the bathroom feel humid most of the time, and we couldn’t leave the door open with young kids. The kitchen also lacked some essentials like extra drying towels, dish rack, sieve, etc. Lastly, the upstairs bedroom had a mildew smell that went away with the dehumidify mode but came right back with the AC on. Brian had the AC filters cleaned, but unfortunately this did not help with the smell when the AC was on upstairs. While Brian was extremely responsive and kind, even getting the cleaning crew to come by and clean the filters, this did not make up for how much money we spent for a week long stay and the overall value of the property given this price.

Had a wonderful stay. Came with my husband and son for 5 days. Apartment is beautiful. Beds very comfortable! We were able to fit our crib in the 2nd bedroom too! We would definitely stay here again!

Good stay with a good location. Owner was very responsive via Vrbo app. Apartment is a good size. AC was great. Few mishaps to note: when we first got to the apartment the owners other tenet immediately came outside and tried to tell us that we had to tip toe around the apartment to “respect his meditation space” which we found odd and unnecessary. The listing states there is a washer/dryer accessible on site which is not accurate. Listing also states there is an iron and a blow dryer. Neither of these things were initially available. Owner had someone drop off an iron in a timely manor and luckily we brought our own blow dryer. Apartment is approx 10 min walk to middle of commercial street. Overall we had a good time.
