Location, general set up. Well equipped, value for money.
Nothing to speak of.
4.1
The property is cosy and spotless. Very comfy. Loved the little extras like board games.
Not a problem but worth mentioning there is a fire escape stairs as access as could cause difficulties for some.

Shops and restaurants nearby.
Nice cosy apartment with comfortable beds.
4.1
Nice central location and the flat was quite spacious with all the amenities we needed. We were visiting friends who stay in Seaton so spent most of the time with them and just used this as a base.
The locks to open the outside bin were pretty difficult to open - just needs a new lock
4.1
The property was very clean and comfortable on the inside.
Flat very difficult to find and was up tin type steps which were very dangerous when wet up a side entry between two shops which was not given out on the details I received. No disabled access at all which I feel should be mentioned in the description and when you get to the top of the steps it looks very run down from the outside. Car park although permit was given was often busy and a good way from the flat so had to make numerous journeys up the wet steps to get everything into the flat and down again when leaving. Whilst none of this can be helped clients should be given all this information when trying to book the property

Fantastic location, walking distance to cafes, shops and and most wonderful the promenade
4.1
Great location close to seaside. Everything we needed in the apartment, incl handsoaps and cleaning products, plenty of towels. It was cosy and comfortable.
Noisy upstairs neighbours, music playing at night but could only hear it in the front bedroom.
4.1
Its homey and is in a very good location. The single beds were good. The parking permit was very handy and the Netflix account was a bonus.
The walls were thin and there was constant noise from the upstairs flat. The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. The kitchen stuff was less than basic. The whole idea of having an apartment with a kitchen is so I could cater for my disabled son who is a fussy eater. I had to go and buy my own pots and pans as the 4 non-stick pots and pans were scratched and completey unusable. The metal stairs to go up to the flat were slippery.
Overall it is a great flat with a lot of potential if the owners did it up properly instead of just trying to gloss over the repairs.

4.1
The location and being close to everything. The games to play, and tea and coffee.
Firstly on arrival it was raining and the fire escape to the property was so slippery then once opening the main door the smell of urine was so bad we was worried about going in. However the property was clean but thing wasn’t great, the shower was terrible and the light fittings was hanging off in our room and a hole in the connecting window to the kitchen. We could hear the neighbours that kept us awake. Since our return the owner has been accusing us of wetting a bed and harassing us with rude messages. We loved seaton however this has really put me off booking a private property.
