We came up for a girls getaway. Very clean, everything is as described. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would stay again.

Our family loved this sweet little place (that was much bigger on the inside than it looked!) Our three girls who normally sleep in a triple twin bunk at home were THRILLED to spread out and have their own beds and rooms! Clean, spacious, fun area in the basement- we recommend this space!

Location, location, location! We loved the distance and price of Luke's rental from the fairgrounds! It was a quiet location close to Broad Ripple and downtown Indy. There was plenty of room for our family of four to spread out after a long day at the fairgrounds. For those with more time to spend, the neighborhood has beautiful houses to look at. The house has several entertainment options inside such as shuffleboard and a hammock our family loved outside.

This property was everything we had hoped. We came for a dr appointment at rileys and wanted somewhere to sleep and hang out before the appointment. The game room was a wonderful bonus. The kids really enjoyed it. We will definitely stay again!!!

The house was a great spot to stay in a good neighborhood, close to the childrens museum.

We were a little worried as we have never been in Indianapolis before, but the house was great and in a great location.
The sheets and pillows were awesome, and though we didnt try every bed i will say the upstairs bed was amazing.
We also had a blast playing ping pong!
I would highly recommend backing into the driveway as the visibility exiting is not great, but the street is relatively low traffic so its not awful.
Great place, cheers!

The property was very clean and centrally located. It was in a nice neighborhood and the backyard was very welcoming with a hammock and Corn Hole readily available! 😊 I felt right at home. The inside showed so much character. Just the space I needed to come into town, have dinner with my sons after an AAU Basketball Tournament and get some rest! I will definitely be back in this city and try to book this location again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this cute, historic, Broad Ripple home. The house has lots of old-time character and charm which we love, but may not be everyone’s cup of tea. The bedrooms were spacious while still providing a space to unpack a suitcase for your stay. The beds were comfy and the bedding made it feel a little fancier than other homes we’ve rented. The main bathroom is on the small size, but the shower had great water pressure and an adjustable shower head which was appreciated. Everything in the kitchen worked out for us and we were able to cook two dinners and have breakfast everyday in the house. Instructions for the coffeemaker would have been helpful, but were rather new to the coffee game. Our children enjoyed the games in the basement. We were unable to enjoy the outside space due to the weather, but I imagine it would have been nice. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, but is still in the city. I was worried about backing out of the driveway on to the street since the house sits so close to the intersection, but I didn’t have a single issue. We loved being close to grocery stores and restaurants (we visited Fire on the Monon for dinner and had dessert at Graeter’s Ice Cream) and the drive down Meridian to the Children’s Museum was quick and to the zoo was only 20/25 minutes. I wish we had the time to walk through the gorgeous neighborhood and enjoy the historic architecture. Would book again!

Nice beds. Only one shower in the main floor bathroom, but the beds and bedrooms were great.

Nice older house with character. Beautiful wood floors. Beds were comfy. Blackout curtains in bedrooms are a nice touch. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. We stayed there for less than 12 hours; would have liked to have been able to stay longer to relax in the house and in the backyard.
There aren’t a lot of outlets in the bedrooms (being an older house) that are easily accessible from the bed. Consider bringing a long phone charging cord if you want your phone on the nightstand.

Clean, comfortable place for families or small groups. Just keep in mind the 4th bedroom is accessed through the upstairs king bedroom. Fun to have games in basement and convenient location to walk to coffee/groceries/restaurants
