About this apartment rental
Experience all Indy has to offer in the Chic Suite! This newly built and beautifully designed 725 sq ft studio-esque basement space will make for a very cozy home away from home while you’re in Indianapolis.
The home is 3 blocks from the Monon Trail for your morning runs, walks or biking trips.
It is also 3 blocks from the State Fairgrounds, 5 minutes to Broad Ripple Village, 7 minutes to the children’s museum, 12 minutes to downtown, and 25 minutes to Speedway or the airport.
Fifteen minutes north of downtown (give or take a minute), this neighborhood offers a lively mix of bars and clubs, as well as art galleries, restaurants and shopping.
Broad Ripple Village is one of six areas designated as cultural districts in Indianapolis, Indiana. Located about six miles (11 km) north of Downtown Indianapolis, Broad Ripple was established in 1837 as an independent municipality and annexed to the city of Indianapolis in 1922. The neighborhood has a reputation for being socially, economically, and ethnically diverse and is thus generally associated with its vibrant social scene and progressive political attitudes.
Broad Ripple's position as a cornerstone of Indianapolis youth culture and nightlife is a result of its thriving bar scene and the near presence of Butler University. Staying true to the neighborhood motto "we're open if you are," numerous Broad Ripple bars and restaurants remain open as late as 3am – often on weekdays as well as weekends. The neighborhood is home to many of Indianapolis' premier locally owned restaurants, independent art galleries, private boutiques and specialty shops and the popular Monon Trail. Within just a few city blocks one can find a wide variety of food, including Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Mediterranean, Italian, Cajun, Middle Eastern, French, English, and Japanese as well as traditional American fare and four independent microbreweries. Entertainment offerings include multiple venues for live music, showcasing both local artists and nationally touring acts in genres such as rock, hip hop, country, and jazz.

- Mutual respect :) ... This is a new remodel in which we have put a lot of love, please care for it with respect. Thank you.
- Reminder: Our place is listed as a non smoking unit. However we have a private outdoor courtyard space that allows smoking.
- The unit is child friendly HOWEVER the unit is not "child proofed". A small child should be overseen at all times.
- We love pets and service animals! We do consider a house trained well behaved, clean pet companion upon request. We do ask that the pet is not left alone inside the home unattended. We charge an extra pet fee. ($25/per pet.) Please do not sneak a pet in, thank you.
- Please be good neighbors to our beloved community.
- NOTE: We commit to providing basic necessities (soap, shampoo, TP…) for up to 3 nights stay after which it is up to the guest to source and tailor their supply needs at the nearby markets or stores.
- Our dear cleaning team and us tried our very best to get the place cleaned and ready in time for you, but if we have missed something please let us know as we would like an opportunity to address it.
- Please note that even though we soundproofed the unit as much as possible, there may be some sound leaking from above due to the fact that it is a basement unit.
- Please throw out your trash bags behind in the bins behind the garage if you have a longer stay or a larger group. If the trash is left full for several days inside the house, bugs can become a problem.
- There is usually plenty of street parking, but please be careful and do not block any of the neighbors driveways - cars that are blocking driveways may get towed.
- Providing a clean home to guests on a repeated basis is critical to ensuring people can enjoy their vacations, as such please see below:
- No smoking. A $500 fee will be imposed if there is smoking of any kind inside the premises.
- If bodily fluids are left on the premises, a $200 biohazard cleaning fee will be imposed, along with the cost of any damaged materials.
- There will be stain removal spray in the home. If large and noticeable stains are left on rugs or couches and cannot be removed upon checkout, an upholstery cleaning fee of $120 will be imposed.
Thank you and welcome home! Enjoy your stay.

Sunitha, the host, is the best! So sweet and accommodating. I had all the basics I needed for my stay and she was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Check in/out was super easy and if I am in the area, I will definitely stay here again!

The host was very communicative. This place was fully stocked and you could tell they put extra thought into providing many luxuries like a sleep/noise machine, dehumidifier and french press. The pots and pans / kitchen utensils were better than what I usually get at a residence inn type of hotel and the price was amazing, considering everything you get. I would definitely stay here again :)

I chose this place for the location and style, and it ended up being all that and more. It's beautifully redone, and so very comfy cozy. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Nice neighborhood near restaurants and close to Broad Ripple night life. Good communication with host. Minor problems with cleanliness. Also hard to see house number at night.

It was a perfect stay!! The place is perfect for a couple or just one. It’s very clean and well decorated. The host is very easy to communicate with and answers very promptly! The neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. We had an issue with the door and we reached out to our host and she addressed it immediately! My husband and I were very impressed and will stay there again.

Very clean and Sunitha was easy to communicate with when I had a question. We were super comfortable in the unit and the decor was very nice. Did not hear any noise from upstairs at all. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

We enjoy our stay here. We were in town for a wedding and a concert. I liked that we had a kitchen and laundry facilities on site. It was a perfect set up for my husband and I. We would definitely stay here again in the future if needed.

My son stayed in this property while finishing up his MBA studies, it was clean quiet and a perfect place for him. He loved the French press as much caffeine was needed:)
