This newly built luxury 3 BEDROOM / 3 BATHROOM condo is a premium unit with an enlarged floor plan plus a study that is converted to a bunk room. This home SLEEPS UP TO 10 PEOPLE, with enough room to spread out comfortably in this impressive 1800 square feet of luxuriously appointed living space, which includes 2 KING BEDS, 1 QUEEN BED, 4 TWIN BEDS (BUNKS), AND A PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.
This vacation home has one of the best location available which is right in the middle of downtown Winter Park in the popular Trailhead Lodge Resort neighborhood with a private club house including a game room, theatre area, entertainment kitchen, gym, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and a gas firepit area . Walk right outside your door and enjoy fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, trail system for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area across the street. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The Rec Center is just down the street as well with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.

Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons in the spring and fall and will vary depending on snow conditions, but the downtown area remains open year round. Each free activity is limited to one per day and must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability. A current list of our free activities and full details of the program can be viewed on our website. THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW AUTHORIZED DOGS ONLY. THE PET FEE IS $49 NIGHTLY WITH A 2 PET MAX (NO EXCEPTIONS). Reservations with pets are not allowed for stays longer than 14 days. The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles.
