Welcome to Tickled Pink in North Topsail Beach, NC. This waterfront oasis is the newest addition to the NCEscapes suite of vacation rentals. This new construction, tastefully appointment custom built luxury home boasts the most amazing 35' zero entry HEATED in ground swimming pool that is sure to be a crowd pleaser for your entire group!

Brand New Fire Pit installed May 2024 (guests to supply their own firewood) and brand new putting green installed May 2024!

***Pool heated to 85 degrees from March 15-November 3. The pool is winterized from November 4-March 14.***

Tickled Pink is located between two public beach access each about 5 minute walk away. We are also steps away from an inlet access. We provide beach chairs and a wagon for your convenience.

This home is brand new and very tastefully appointed. Four decks allow for views in every direction whether you want to take in a sunrise or a sunset.

Our two living rooms allow your whole group to spread out and smart TVs keep you entertained during those rainy days.

Tickled Pink boasts a dining table with 10 matching dining chairs. Our new kitchen boasts brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a small island with 3 stools in addition to our famous Pay-It-Forward Kitchen pantry.

3 bedrooms have King beds, 1 has a Queen and the bunk room has one set of Full over Full bunks.

In addition, we offer a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options.

We are dog-friendly at Tickled Pink. We will consider up to two well behaved, crate trained dogs that will never be left unattended by an adult, on a case by case basis for a $250 refundable deposit each. No other animals, including cats and birds will be considered at this time. Dogs must be disclosed and approved at the time of the inquiry before booking the reservation.

Plenty of space and things to do at the house after a busy beach day. Carry over items from previous stays helped with supplies, and items used and out of stock were dropped off same day. Would def rent again.

This place is amazing! It's very close to the beach and has a private pool (where we spent most of our time.) The house is immaculate with comfy furniture, a great kitchen, and smart TVs all over. Also, Christine was super proactive with anything we needed and always available via text. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the absolute best house in North Topsail Beach!

This home was near close to perfect! All the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The decks had amazing views and were just peaceful to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds. The pool was probably my favorite part. It was nice just to walk out the back and slip right into your own water sanctuary. Very entertaining backyard area with plenty of things to do in addition to the pool. The kitchen was clean and great for those nights that you didn’t want to go out and just relax and eat at the house. A close walk to the beach with two access points. An outdoor shower to clean off with after being on the beach. Had a few minor setbacks come up during our stay but Beata was on them immediately! Absolutely love this house and hope to go back again soon!

We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay. The house had absolutely everything we needed, and the location was amazing. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises from the house and an easy walk to the beach. We’ve stayed in many high-end vacation rentals, and this is one of the best back yards we’ve ever had. The kids and dogs all had so much fun. We came home very relaxed with many fond memories. No complaints!!

Our family had a great week at the lovely Tickled Pink cottage! The pool being heated was wonderful and so many activities for our adult sons with special needs that made it extra perfect for us. The views and easy access to the beach and seeing the inlet was another big plus! Christine the manager was prompt with answering questions and making sure we were all set with having a great stay. HIGHLY recommend this cottage for a wonderful getaway for families or friends gathering! Ann R.

I absolutely love this house and could not wait to stay here. The house exceeded my expectations. It was super clean, the layout was perfect for our family. It has multiple level balconies that provides great views of the sunsets and sunrises. The living room and dining room was great for our big family to hang out in one room, which included our gentle giant fur baby. He was excited to finally go on his first family vacation with us. He loved the fenced in backyard and ran circles around it many times. The backyard was amazing. It has a heated in ground pool (which Beata made sure was open prior to our arrival in March) corn hole, a hammock, and other outdoor games. The sitting area was relaxing and welcoming. We had so much fun that I asked to stay two more days at Tickled Pink. Beata and Christine were very accommodating to our last minute request and made sure my family and I had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. We are already planning our next trip to one of Beata’s properties. Once you find a host who has a reputation for cleanliness, hospitality and honestly it’s hard to stay anywhere else.

The pictures did not even do this house justice! In addition to the gorgeous rooms, everything you would want or need was provided. The heated pool was such a blessing given the crummy weather we had. The owner responded to all my messages quickly and checked in to make sure we were happy.

The check-in process was easy, the house was clean and beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed (and more) for a comfortable and fun long weekend away. This beautiful home in North Topsail exceeded all expectations we had from the property listing (and the name). From the thorough and quick communication from both host and on-site manager, to the cleanliness of the property, and the convenience and comfort of the home, location, and amenities, we were thrilled with our quick family trip! This is not your typical beach rental. The home is beautifully and tastefully decorated, the views are great, all beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is extremely well-stocked, the pool/hammock/outdoor areas were all gorgeous, there were games/puzzles for the whole family, plenty of soap and paper products, and the beach was a quick walk, even for our 4-year-old. It's the little details, too: tons of hangers in each closet, a clock in every room, plenty of towels (bath, kitchen, beach), pantry essentials stocked - you can tell that Beata and Christine genuinely care about their guests' experience and anticipate their needs. Beata and her Tickled Pink location team made our spur of the moment trip a huge success. We loved the multiple water views from the house, the fully equipped home and close proximity to the beach. Communication was clear, accurate and accommodating - we didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay to experience more of the beautiful beach weather and views but when we have more time to check out the quaint surrounding areas and eating places we discovered! Tickled Pink is just amazing! The house is well-maintained and well-equipped with anything you could need. Linens, blender, crockpot, coffee makers, pots, pans, trash bags, bikes, beach cart, the list goes on and on! The pool and outdoor area are beautiful and the beach is merely steps away. Christine and Beata are a joy to work with. Their care and kindness during our stay were an added bonus. Don’t miss this piece of paradise in North Topsail!
