The staff were very helpful. We wanted a quick bit to eat and to watch the bats after sunset.
It is not a quiet place. There are bars and singing nearby.

Location was pretty ideal. View of the river was very pretty. Beds were very comfy. Nice pool although only afternoon sun.
Surprisingly found most of the staff to be only mildly friendly. Rainey Street was loud which was both a pro and a con.

Location and nice facilities
We were promised a corner room on a higher floor but did not receive it. We did get a $40 deduction for one night of stay, but this did not meet the additional cost we paid for the superior room for 2 nights.

The room was big and very comfortable with a nice bathroom. The pool was really nice. It was in a fantastic location just around from Rainey st

The room was very clean
There was no parking!!! If you wanted to park near the hotel you had to pay for valet parking. The room was $300 a night with no parking no laundry bags and only one towel in the room. The noise from the strip was supper loud and kept us up all night.

Great location, shares an alleyway with Rainey Street bars/restaurants and live entertainment venues, and just blocks from downtown and the lake/river.
Not enough customer facing staff, and some didn’t engage but luckily the rest made up for it. Bathroom floor should have been cleaner.

The property in general is very nice. The location, the rooms are nice.
We stayed there fro I believe 8 days and the cleaning crew only came 2 times and only to drop off items we requested. I understand that they only clean the rooms every other day but they didn’t even do that. I had to clean my own room and empty my own trash and bring it down to the outside dumpster using the laundry bags. I also called the front desk on the second day to ask for more towels and they never brought them up. One of the night auditors is a little confrontational (there was no confrontation, they just seems extremely annoyed when I asked him questions)

Great location, fantastic design. Especially the swimming pool with a view on Rainey St
It is very loud on the weekends despite double glass and closed windos as it is next to Rainey St. If you want a quiet night, this is not the place to be

really well appointed room. liked the feel and quality of the sheets and towels. nice decor and layout of the main room and the bathroom. staff always helpful (and appropriately enthusiastic) ... We really thought all your lobby staff (and the valet guys, not that we had a car, but they greeted all arriving) were super great customer service folks, indeed over and above the excellence if those working the Four Seasons!
solid soap bars were all cracked and falling apart (!) ice and water center can dispense both H2O and ice at same time, but not into my wide mouth water bottle (nor to two separate containers at once). Your rooftop bar (Limestone) had a Sat night Galentine's themed DJ night that promised femme anthems from all decades: so why only male voices singing about their female love (or sex) interest (with Diana Ross singing I'm Coming Out)? We were very disappointed but that's not really about our room or the hotel's features.

Parking. Was told the only parking was valet. Cost was an extra 50 bucks a day.

It was a modern style decor and well set in the room The valet staff was great and felt like they were the team that engages with us and others.
I didn’t like how short on staff they were. I didn’t like the lobby wasn’t on the first floor. I didn’t like that they didn’t have a daily cleaning staff for the rooms. Day 2 we called the lobby to ask when they would be changing the towels and refill supplies such as the coffee pods. And the staff wasn’t sure and then finally came with towels and nothing else. We didn’t like the restaurant on the fifth floor. We tried dinner and there was one guy serving at the bar and the. Running to the kitchen for food. And to get the servers attention you would have to sit at the bar. We came back for breakfast and it was the same thing one server taking care of the whole thing. My suggestion is make it a buffet and let the customers pay and the one server can just maintain the buffet and customers can serve themself if the hotels plans to keep it that understaff. And again the only hands on friendly staff was valet.

The staff was extra friendly and welcoming. Our valet guy on the first day greeted us with a big smile and a good attitude. Our car was delivered quickly every time we left the hotel. Maiah at the front desk has a great and happy personality and was really sweet. Jeremy was also so nice and friendly and hung out at the bar and talked to me while he made me an Espresso that was delicious. I’m sensitive to hotels that don’t seem clean and there was not one thing in this hotel that grossed me out. It was super clean! I felt very safe due to the main lobby being on the fifth floor and the key card access in the elevators. The pillow on the bed was a little thick for me and the room was hot (I just sleep better in the cold) but other than that I loved my stay, and I would go back.

Affordable and good location (proximity to Rainey)
Very noisy even on the 9th floor. The contraction and road traffic noise was so loud it seemed like a window was open.

Hard to get into hotel and check in. Water was shut off for a few hours. Construction around was frustratin

It was new. Liked the decor.
Sigh, where do I start? This hotel is so energy efficient that’s it’s annoying and INCONVENIENT to guests. The bathroom lights turn off in the middle of a shower, the water pressure is low, my food went bad in the refrigerator because apparently I am the one that’s supposed to turn the refrigerator up so that it can be cold, the hotel turned the water off in the middle of our stay for hours. For all the stress I’d imagine a Motel 6 would have been better than this.
