Providing added comfort, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor. The remaining 5 bedrooms, equipped with double beds, are located on the upper floor of the villa, alongside the bathrooms with underfloor heating, which not only provide visual pleasure, but also represent the place where you can unwind and relax. Four bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, while the other three feature gorgeous bathtubs that are work of art themselves, contributing to the luxurious look of the interior. As if that was not enough, the upper floor of this fully air-conditioned villa features another lovely dining area, a living room and a wardrobe. Put your feet up in the sauna and leave all your troubles behind or enjoy playing board games or PlayStation 4 games with your family and friends.
With a living space of 450 m2, the imposing villa Paulina is located on a fully enclosed, 550 m2 large property. Refresh yourself in the beautiful pool (20 m2) with counter-current swimming equipment, massage jets and LED lighting whilst taking in the unforgettable view of the sparkling sea and divine nature. Prepare delicious meals on the outdoor charcoal barbecue which you can then enjoy on the charming outdoor table. Staying at villa Paulina will make you feel as if you were in a luxurious seaside hotel which you have all to yourself. 5 private parking spaces are available.
