Fairly newly built hotel, everything is modern, nice and clean. Cool terrace in front and back of the hotel.
The hotel left in the room a small carpet for my dog, a towel and a tenis ball which I found really cute and nice. There is also a pet exercise area at the front which is really good.
The breakfast could do with few extra bits / a bit more variety. For example there were no vegetables at all. Tomato, some salad, cucumber - would have been nice.

Wonderful stay in this place. It’s close to great walks such as Mam Tor and Bamford Edge, as well as amenities and nearby restaurants. The in house restaurant was also delicious. The room was very well built and comfortable with all accessories you could need. They’re even generous enough to have free tea, coffee, hot chocolate anytime as well as cakes after 4 pm. There’s a cinema room, lounge room, and washing centre for your boots and dogs. Free parking as well. This place has all you need and we will definitely come back here again if we were visiting the Peaks.
Breakfast buffet was plentiful though a cooked breakfast option would be nice touch.

So friendly and very helpful. Great facilities and food was spot on. Everyone brilliant.

Food was average in teh restaurant

The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. I loved the little retreat lounge where you could help yourself to hot drinks and a chill out at any time of day. It's in a perfect location to explore each direction from the hotel for amazing countryside. And a dog friendly hotel makes it perfect too.

It was ok. The area where breakfast was laid out was tiny and difficult to move around as not big enough for the amount of guests. Choice was ok, nothing special
The room for breakfast and meals was too open and felt canteen like. Great for dogs but too loud and echoed a lot. Not very easy when trying to talk with people on own table. Definitely not for those wanting a more intimate setting.

Great location , lovely modern hotel. Facilities were excellent and totally dog friendly. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent.
Nothing it was everything I would want

Lovely dog friendly hotel in a great location for walking. Nice breakfast. We didn’t eat dinner here but the menu looked good. Helpful staff. Really liked the concept of the hotel. Will definitely return.

It was a unique hotel in many ways. The photos on the website do not show how spacious and stylish the rooms actually are. The bed was amazing too.
We had forgotten to pack a toothbrush, the manager drove to the shops and delivered a new brush and toothpaste to our room. Service was exceptional.

Great location
Great facilities
The only thing we had fault with, was our room was on the front and we could traffic early in the morning

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly the rooms were clean and a good size.
Told once we arrived that it was a dog friendly hotel. Should of been made aware of it before we arrived.
Not enough coffee and tea in room

A first class hotel, everything was top notch. Perfect for dogs and bikes and walkers. Food was awesome.
Road noise was quite bad with the window open even through the night.

(although I don't have one)
I did like that pets well behaved ones at least! Are allowed all over the property! Which is nice. The whole place was just amazing!
I would definitely look to be staying here again ☺️
I don't think there was anything I didn't like.

Great Location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff
Modern, trendy rooms, very comfy beds
Complimentary drinks and cake.
Our only gripe is that we would probably request a room at the back of the property on our next visit, as we found the road a little noisy at the front.

Excellent location, fantastic facilities and friendly staff. It’s definitely geared towards dog owners which is amazing. Tea and coffee available at all times, restaurant we thought was actually quite reasonably priced. Very modern and clean. Self check in was easy and the sign to enter your number plate was visible. Plenty of grassy area around the side to walk your dog for a last evening pee!

Nice clean modern hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice and comfortable with a good TV that you can cast from your phone, loads of plug sockets and USB ports and nice bathroom.
Wasn't overly impressed with the breakfast, the self service area was a bit cramped and not a great deal of choice, it was ok I suppose but I wouldn't pay £14 orange/breakfast juice was cheap and tasted horrible

Sitting room and dogs welcome
4.5
The lounge area for coffees and free cake, is a great meeting area especially if you have pets, the cinema room and grooming area for dogs, the rooms was quite large enough room for the dog and was left a fluffy mat with a toy for pets.
The food could do with more variety in the Restaurant, and the breakfast more egg variety not just hard boiled eggs, more cooked foods. There was not enough grass areas for dogs we had to go round the front area to get some grass considering it was a dog friendly hotel, the grass areas were covered in new trees which could off been left grass for dogs .

Travelled for over 2.5 hours, after work, on a Saturday evening to find that the room we had booked was not available and had been advertised in error. Apparently this had happened to four other couples that day. The manager was unhelpful and shrunked that there was nothing he could do. We then drove around all the local pubs, b&bs and hotels but everywhere was fully booked. A totally ruined weekend that ended with us being tired, hungry and having no other option but to turn around and drive all the way back home. Awful!!

Very clean. Welcoming. Modern. Quirky decor. Very Comfortable bed.
It said great views from hotel room yet we had a view of carpark.
4.5
Decor - simple, quirky, colourful
Staff - friendly and helpful
Facilities - retreat and cinema (inspired).
Food was awesome
As a dog friendly hotel, somewhere to safely let your dog use the toilet would have been useful - I.e early morn and before bed x
4.0
Staff. Bedding. Modern
Dogs EVERYWHERE. weeing on floor, barking, getting in way, smells etc.
The menu was very poor for gluten free and for breakfast there was only fruit.
Only one coffee machine so big queue at breakfast for coffee.
4.5
Lovely modern hotel with all you need for a good nights sleep. Comfortable bed, good pillows, mini bar if you want it, Wi-Fi worked great and bathroom was just what’s needed. The location of the hotel is handy and parking is easy, plenty of spaces. I love that it’s so dog friendly! Breakfast was pretty decent but there could be more option.
All was good, the only thing that could be improved is the breakfast was lacking in choice.
