Pleasant five-star hotel with an episode of a leaking bathtub

- Prime location near the cat statue - Smooth check-in and check-out at reception with accommodating staff. - Bedding selection with multiple pillow softness options. - Bluetooth speaker by the bedside.

- Rooftop pool size slightly small - Water temperature inconsistency, too hot despite normal setting (Level 20) - Leaking bathtub with slightly slow issue resolution; after 4 unanswered calls, I waited 15-20 minutes for a technician to repair and flush instead of being promptly moved to a new room. The issue and delay were understandable but disappointing for a high-priced, newly opened five-star hotel. Once confirmed irreparable on-site, Mr. Mirzan assisted with a room change and offered complimentary breakfast as compensation.

Worth staying but the price of the room is on high side.

Good breakfast with variety of choices. Friendly staff. Nice Swimming pool and city view. Close to riverside esplanade.

The room isn't that spacious to simple design. The property is over priced compared with the nearby hotels.

Surprisingly wonderful. Wished I had more time to walk around the neighboring shops.

I enjoyed the room. There was a slight mishap when I went for breakfast, only to find out that it wasn't part of the booking via online. Otherwise, I would recommend your hotel.

Not worth for the money. Need to improve. Rooms, floor environment and breakfast space too limited.

The bar at top level was great.

Poor breakfast, hard to find table sit and too limited space. The room which was booked not match to what have beeb booked.

Exceptional Sheraton Kuching

The hotel was exceptional and one if the best we've stayed at. The breakfast inclusion was excellent!

My first experience in Sheraton Kuching was nightmare due to bad water leaking.

Breakfast is just Ok. No western food and No japanese food.

The front welcome staff is not helpful. No bell boy. And the Receptionist staff is not well trained. I was give a a room which is not well maitained. The Bath Tub was bad leaking and water leaking and flooded untill Bed room. The Bed is also not in good condition .

5star price, 3 star quality

The view at top floor was great, pool staff were friendly, housekeeping attend to my need once I left a note. Hotel was new, so most items were clean. Bed is very comfy

Housekeeping was bad. Although the housekeeping guy was friendly, but he seems to work on the whole floor or even several floors all on his own. Room was not clean properly. We checked in with some blood stain on bed sheet, and some mucus on towel that was on the sink, big piece of rubbish on the carpet, one of the bathrobe seems to be missing, and was not refilled throughout my whole week of stay. Very normal quality for a 5 star hotel. More like a 3/4 star hotel but paying a 5star price. Room were small as well.

Great overall. Friendly and awesome staff. Will return.

Despite its drawbacks, the hotel has some standout features. The gym and pool facilities are top-notch, the location is excellent, and the staff is outstanding.

The breakfast selection was limited and repetitive, with flavors that often fell short in terms of taste and variety. Housekeeping was adequate but not outstanding, with occasional minor lapses. Despite being a new hotel, several instances of household damage detracted from the overall experience. Maintenance needs to improve to align with the hotel's newness and reputation

The hotel for you if you choose to visit Kuching!

We came here for my birthday as a weekend birthday trip. A different kind of holiday, not a whole lot to do in the city, the city itself is quite sleepy but the hotel was very centrally located, very clean, spacious, great showers and really comfy bed. Staff were helpful but not the most knowledgable in terms of recommending places to see other than the typical sightseeing tour that they try to offer and help you book. Breakfast was good and rooftop bar had a great view but the pricing at rooftop bar was a bit too pricey, close to Singaporean prices which sees a bit much for Kuching. Didn't use the pool but what a great feature! So beautiful just to look at even. It's located not right on the waterfront like some of the other hotels but it's still only like a 3 min walk.

The city itself was not as exciting as some of the other places we've been but the hotel itself was great. Nothing we didn't like.

Pleasant and cool.

The location is good, close to the Cat Monument. The gym and swimming pool are great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, catered to most people's taste.

Not so much but perhaps the variety and quality of breakfast can be further improved. Not saying it is not good but can be made even better in diversity.

CP值很低的星級酒店。

地理位置不錯，附近就是浮羅岸老街。附近有24小時的自助洗衣舖、便利店、麥當勞和各種餐館食肆。酒店的房間相當寬敞。雖然訂的是雙人房，但酒店也非常大方地提供了4瓶礦泉水。健身室也有提供礦泉水和毛巾。

酒店的自助早餐非常難吃，選擇也少。塗麵包的果醬全都是人工色素的化學合成品。糕點也是五顏六色的人工色素。椰漿飯的炸雞不是炸得不熟，就是炸得太焦黑。唯一比較好吃的是pancake 和waffle 和omelette 。枕頭都很硬，睡到肩頸痠痛。

Excellent facilities and staff

1- the bar is located at 23th floor (rooftop), truly relax with latest music on, calm and most staff are very friendly and kind, like to follow up to our tables to refill cold water. The experience was very excellent than the most rooftop restaurant that i ever experienced in my life. Tasty dessert with beers and is value for money (not quite expensive). 2- the bed with pillows was extra comfy to sleep on. 3- all facilities here looks modern and up to date, which makes me feels like I was in a paradise. I will come back to stay here again for my next trip. Truly brilliant and very good experience among the staffs, facilities and food.

1- toilet water overflow after I took the bath, the infrastructure floor structure for the toilet seem to be too low.. which may cause it overflow outside of the toilet., The others is all good except this.

Très belle expérience sauf la douche

Très bel hôtel.

Pas d'eau chaude le matin, en ayant fait couler la douche au moins 1/4 d'heure, ce qui gache complètement le plaisir que peut offrir un tel hôtel.

Luxurious and relaxing

The staff and the ambience of the hotel.

Not all facilities were available during our stay probably it is still not fully in operation. I look forward to another stay at this hotel one day to compare with the experience that I had.

Too pricy for the size of the room

It was new, hence not much complaint. Good location

As it was new, surprisingly there were leak at the bath tub, and during my course of stay, the swimming pool was not open yet, hence to pay such a premium amount not be able to enjoy such facility is such a big let down. They should have informed guests during the bookings on this situation prior.
