With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, Five Porches offers multiple spaces for indoor and outdoor entertainment. Enjoy the two spacious living areas, a game room, and a charming bunk room. A first-floor living room offers a linear gas fireplace, and a second-level gathering area features a large screened-in porch and media wall.
High-end finishes grace every corner, including shiplap accents, raised ceilings with crown molding, engineered hardwood floors, custom closets, and exquisite quartzite and ceramic tile adorning all the baths. The primary bedroom’s ensuite bath features stunning veined tile and a luxurious stand-alone tub.
On the first level, a primary bedroom, king, has an ensuite bath and a private entrance. The primary suite on the second level offers complete privacy, along with an ensuite luxurious bath and a private balcony.
The third level features three additional bedrooms, including two with king-sized beds and a bunk room with four full beds. Each of these has its own private balcony.
A deeded beach access point is easily reached by tram, providing you with endless opportunities for swimming and sunset strolls along the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy Five Porches' proximity to 30A shopping, cafes, and amenities.
Enjoy the outdoor shower before embarking on your evening adventures. For grilling at home, a gas hookup outside is available.
