However, you don't have access to the lower level which is occupied by the owner. The Neighborhood: Neighborhood Our home is located in the beautiful town of Bothell. It’s just 3 miles from downtown Bothell where you will find great restaurants, local shops, and beautiful parks! Our home is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood with a large private yard! A walk to Bus # 120 to Lynnwood Shopping mall / Edmonds and Transit Center to Bellevue /Eastside / Seattle. I suggest it's better to have a car as buses are limited time or schedule and some walk to bus stop.
