Homeland has an open-plan living space with kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for ten, a sitting area with TV, plus a second sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire stove, a cloakroom and a utilities room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms each have a Smart TV and consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size, a twin and two second-floor doubles, along with a snug with sofa bed and a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail. Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and ample off-road parking. Within 0.5 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub and please note that this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent.
