Errit is a splendid large detached cottage close to the village of Loughglynn near to the town of Ballaghaderreen in County Roscommon. The cottage can sleep fifteen people in six bedrooms, two double, one ground floor twin, one ground floor single, one family room with one double and one single and another family room with one double and two singles. There's also two shower rooms and one bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, and two sitting rooms; one with a stove and one with an open fire. To the outside of the cottage is ample off road parking and patios to the front and rear with furniture. Errit is set in lovely countryside in this fabulous part of Ireland. Please Note: The balcony to the property is currently out of use until further notice.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs, 1 with Saorview and 1 for DVD use only, DVD player, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove and fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Patios with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 7.5 miles. Note: There is direct access to the Lough, children and pets must be supervised. Please Note: The balcony to the property is currently out of use until further notice.

Town: Situated in the heart of the west Roscommon lake district and halfway between the popular towns of Castlerea and Ballaghaderreen lies the picturesque village of Loughglynn. This cosy village is home to two shops and two friendly pubs and is surrounded by a total of six lakes making this a paradise for anglers. Loughglynn provided an excellent base for touring the region and within half an hour drive is Knock Airport and the vibrant town of Roscommon.
