TRANSPORT & PARKING: There's free on street parking. There's also convenient motor way links and a Metrolink stop at the Trafford Centre for easy access around Manchester.

For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

You can conveniently check yourself in anytime after 3PM using our lockbox. You’re able to drop your bags in from 11.30AM onwards. We’re happy to offer free early check in if we have no guests checking out. Please let us know if you’re arriving before 3PM and we’ll do our best to get our home ready for you.
