Check in was a breeze. Property was extremely clean. Great area.
However there are a few things to note.
I booked through VRBO but property is owned by Vacasa so upon reserving you will get an additional email confirmation from Vacasa that gives information on the property. In the Vacasa email that I received it stated that the property has a wood stove and if I was planning to use it I needed to get a fire permit. I went online and got the fire permit only to arrive to the property and find the stove locked up and unable to use. The response I got was that the property does not list a wood stove. Although VRBO does not the Vacasa confirmation does so there is conflicting information.
The property also comes with one free access pass to use the pool services at the community center. I was unable to find the pass I emailed the owner (vacasa is a company and you will get a random response from whoever is working and reads your messages) to ask exactly where the pass was because I was unable to find it. I received just a generic response about how I would receive a pass upon check in. Later I received another reply asking if I made sure I was even supposed to have a pass for the listing I reserved. I would think the person should look at the listing so they could educate themselves before responding. Also there were times I didnt receive a response for 12+ hours.
Another thing to note. Internet service is extremely spotty there and goes in and out constantly.
