This recently remodeled home sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac dotted with mature trees. No In the morning, enjoy breakfast on the back patio overlooking a large backyard and adjacent woods filled with birds and other wildlife. In the evening, you may see turkey or deer walk along the tree line as you relax around the fire pit. This 3-bedroom/2.5 bath home is perfect for a family get-away, long-term stays, or a stop-over on your way to the Blue Ridge Mountains. It's also a great option if you are looking to relocate to the Charlotte area and need time to find your forever home. Minutes away from grocery and other stores, this beautiful house is also close to local horse farms and 30 minutes or less from Charlotte, Carowinds, Lake Wylie, Crowders Mountain, and Catawba 2 Kings Casino. (Please no parties or events). The fireplace in the house is not operable.

Very nice house, amenities, and location! Our family enjoyed our stay at the property. We invited family for dinner not knowing visitors were not allowed. Otherwise, our stay was perfect and would recommend the place and owner!

Simply immaculate! The property was so peaceful, loved drinking coffee on the screened in porch! So beautifully decorated! The host had everything, from snacks to breakfast stuff even a bottle of chilled wine in the refrigerator! Spices to cook with, and coffee and tea of different kinds! He even had coffee beans and a grinder if someone like me wanted to do that!! We plan on returning!!

We stopped on our way to the beach for a one night stay. The beds were super comfy, and the dart board was a big hit during a rainy night. We will return next year.

Older home in a peaceful neighborhood not too far from town. Only issue we had was all bedrooms are located on the second floor so older adults had to climb the stairs which were a little steep. Otherwise no complaints. Host responded timely to all communications.

My wife and I were visiting family and attended a wedding over the weekend. Our family lives never York SC and the wedding was at Separk Mansion in Gastonia NC. The house was conveniently located between the two locations. The house was impeccably clean and Mark our host was so helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely stay again.

The house was amazing! It was well-stocked. The host from friendly and helpful to communicate with. The setting was lovely and relaxing. It has a great neighborhood to take walks in and was close to many amenities. I would love to stay here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home with all the personalities touches. Mark went above and beyond the usual. We werw welcomed with a bottle of champagne, bottled water, a bowl of snacks ( the good kind too), alomst every small kitchen appliance you could need along with toiletries for each bathroom. Quiet location in a cul-de-sac, woodsy backyard. No complaints but only suggestion would be to have a blind or curtain for the back bedroom window. We would definitely stay again and appreciated all of the little touches feom Mark.

We were in town for a few days for a wedding and wanted a cozy but spacious place for our family of 6 to stay. Mark’s home was lovely and just what we needed and more. The home was very clean and very well stocked with anything you could need. There were even snacks and wine when we arrived. Mark has really thought of everything and was very quick to respond during booking when I had questions and very thoughtful to give us places nearby to eat and things to do in the area. We loved the Groovy Beast restaurant btw! The property has gorgeous views in the back of a nice wooded area and an amazing deck with a screened in porch too. We spent our mornings and evenings there listening to birds ( even an owl) and a wild turkey even showed up. We didn’t get time to use the firepit but we did love lounging in the room playing darts and listening to music. It’s an absolutely comfortable place in a nice neighborhood with modern amenities while still having all the extra touches to make it feel like a home away from home. It was as described but based on the photos we were looking forward to sitting by the fireplace. It was a cold and rainy weekend and I brought hot chocolate. Due to the weather there wasn’t a lot of outside time and we were there less than 48 hours. Overall a nice place with lots of room. Well stocked.
