Good but need some updating

The bed and air conditioning and restroom slash shower

There's parts of the facility that need updating. For example, doors broken elevator not working correctly.

Visiting my Son

Location close to sons home.

Building wasn't as modern as others I have stayed. Seems like it was another hotel then refurbished. Ice machine only on 1st floor. Large room on my floor may have been ice room before, had some pipes. Water wasn't hot in sink, was hot in shower though. Got up late ask supervisor if my room could still be serviced. Was told yes, and when I returned only wet towels were removed. I have stayed at Cantonsville, and Arudel Mills. Big difference.

Price was average for a place in overall below average condition. Will avoid in the future.

Almost all carpet in the place was pretty dirty, and smells like some cleaner. Check in was pretty blah. Many physical hotel aspects were in disrepair.

Breakfast seemed like many items were “yesterday’s hold-overs”.

I honestly wouldn’t stay at this hotel again

The breakfast food was very good. I enjoyed it. The food area was clean and very organized. It would have been nice to have fresh fruit or yogurt as well.

My room had a very bad smell of stale urine in the carpets. I had to use my car freshener to try to eliminate the smell. The bathroom shower floor felt a bit gritty, but the toilet and sink area was clean. In addition there were teen boys roaming the floors late at night , making noise as well as and throwing football outside of the main entrance to the hotel. There was no adult supervision for these kids and their loud ruckus was extremely annoying.

Absolutely relaxing with an extra large side of an incredible caring atmosphere!

The staff was so amazing. They truly made us feel more like we were staying with family then in a hotel with strangers. our first night we arrived around 12:30 am there were some minor issues with the room that we were in but we were too tired to realize until the next morning. once we informed the front desk they moved us into a room that was right across the hall so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced and it went smooth. I have a 7 year old diabetic and every night she would want cocoa because it was cold and rainy and every night it didn’t matter who was at the front desk they would find and give her hot cocoa which made her night. Every staff member we saw would say hello ask how we were doing, do you need anything, etc…, and always wished us a great day or evening. The rooms are very spacious and the hotel was super clean and quiet, other than my 7 year old when heading to or from our room. The breakfast was very yummy with a decent amount of options. Coffee in the lobby was always fresh no matter what time day or night that I had an urge to grab a cup. I have now found my place to stay whenever I’m in the area. I can’t thank them enough for being so kind, caring, and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay.

March 11-12 Casino Stay

Front desk gentleman was very pleasant and efficient. I was able to find hotel last minute with accommodations for my dog.

Good

It was only 30 mins from where we needed to be and price was reasonable. They were very accommodating for the small issues we had upon arrival.

I had to get them to clean our tub and the ac unit had a weird smell. They offered to switch our room and did clean the tub for us. Breakfast bar was okay.

I will be coming back when I visit my family again.

It was clean and the lady Brianna at the front desk was wonderful, also the lady that was taking care of the continental breakfast.
