This location is perfect for those vacationing with children. The beach, amusement park, arcade, shopping and restaurants are all within a very easy walking distance. The management of this property are the best I have seen in almost 10 years of summer rentals - by far the quickest response.

We really enjoyed this roomy and comfortable condo and would definitely go back. The location was ideal...steps from the beach
and the pier and easy drive to many beautiful spots, restaurants, & shopping nearby.

I would recommend and definitely rent this property again. If you are looking for the ease of great food , drinks , fun rides , beach , ice cream its all right out the door . Great place to pull up park your car for the whole stay and have everything you basically need or want right there , without having to use your car til its time to leave.

We had a wonderful time. our one on site parking was perfect. The second parking is a nightmare lol. Your better off just paying the $25 across the road otherwise you will need a ride back as their parking is a distance. The condo is BIG. 3 large rooms, 2 bathrooms, huge kitchen. The front porch has amazing views, only wish they had an awning the sun was brutal so we could only sit out for a short time. It was nice having a washer dryer in the condo for our weeks stay. We would stay again, it's on the very expensive side so realistically we will probably not. The indoor pool was an extra treat after swimming in the ocean

Prior to arriving, we were moved down a floor to Unit 411. It is amazing! This is luxury in OOB - what an upgrade from motel-life. The inside of 411 is incredible - and we were very impressed. There is anything you could need - and the physical space is so welcoming for larger groups. Check In & Out was a breeze, as was using the amenities. We had super cold rainy weather - so we LOVED the indoor pool, and took advantage of the gym! The sauna was out of order - but hopefully that’s temporary. Parking was tight - but the offsite lot is super close and worked out fine for our 2nd car. There is a great bar/restaurant literally right in the parking lot (Surf 6) and you could smell nothing but pizza & pier fries - awesome! We only had two issues with the actual unit - first, the TVs were a challenge - but Ryan (the Mgr) was VERY responsive and helped get most of them up and running while we were at the pool. Amazing service. If I’m honest, a small investment in modern tech would be a game changer for large families when the weather is a let down & you’re stuck indoors!! The second thing was linens - we were light on sheets & pillow cases to fit all the different size beds... but we never even asked Ryan, we made do... it was the first weekend of the season, so I’m sure they’ll figure it out! The last thing I’ll say for future renters...it’s a bit loud! Tough for little kids... as the location is amazing, but comes with the challenge of being right in the thick of all the action. We were glad it wasn’t super busy real late at night; I can only imagine trying to get everyone settled in if it was a warm summer weekend. Again, a beautiful unit with a ton of premium space and amenities! Thank you Ryan & staff!

Linens were old and gray. Coffee pot was broken. Inside of fridge microwave and trash barrel dirty. Trash room horrible. Had an infant crawling and legs were dirty from floor. Actual closeness of amusement park different from pictures online. However the manager was always very helpful and went out of his way for us and our valet the day of check In was wonderful. But for the price we paid I definitely would not go back.
