Nearby Boul. St. Laurent, Saint Catherine Street, Avenue du Mont-Royal, and Rue Saint-Denis are city hot spot you can't miss and all in walking distance!
Lined with casual cafes, laid-back eateries, busy bars, and contemporary galleries and theatres. Nearby, Mount Royal Park has popular trails, a lake and views from its namesake mountain. Lawns surround the ponds at tranquil Parc La Fontaine.
There are dozens and dozens of cafes, bars, and boutiques for window shopping all within just a few steps.
The laid-back Plateau area is known as a young, student-friendly neighborhood with streets full of charming townhouses. It has downtown activity but laissez-faire attitude that gives Montreal it's unique culture and people.

There are many major and indie events to be found all nearby, from big circus shows, top world-class festivals to tiny underground art houses.
A little further off (10 minutes or less in the metro) you can get to tourism hot spots like Crescent Street, Bishop st, Atwater, St. Catherine street.
There are many dozen options for restaurants, groceries, convenience stores, shopping, nightlife, and cultural events all right nearby, just step away!
10-15 min walk to Multiple metro stations so you can get across or out of downtown super quickly. Including Station Mont-Royal, Station Saint Laurent, and Station Sherbrooke.
Several busses pass out front and on the nearby street corner for quick access around downtown.
Public Bike stations called "BIXI Station" right nearby at the corner.
25 minutes from the airport (Ask your taxi/uber about their Airport flat fee for best price.)
There is a Airport to downtown Express bus #747 that is very useful as well.
Please note that, for security, there's a camera outside of the entrance of the building (none inside the apartment itself).
AC is installed in late Spring and removed in the fall, I cannot give exact dates as Montreal hot and cold weather varies greatly the past few years, but you will certainly have everything you need to keep comfortable during your stay all year round!
My Check-in window by default is 5pm to 12am(midnight).
You can check in after midnight, but please check with me ahead of time.
I love to chat with my guests, but I usually sleep around the hours of 12am to 8am. If you message me during that time, I'll always get back to you first thing the next morning. For this reason, I ask you check with me about arriving outside the default booking window.
Sometimes I travel out of town, but don't worry, I have a team of helpers who can assist you in case of emergencies. They can come to the building if you need anything urgent.
Very rarely, I might need to access the apartment for emergency repairs or inspections. This only happens if there are problems in other parts of the building. I'll always let you know in advance as much as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Parties are not allowed here. There are great bars and clubs just steps away. You are welcome to play chill music, talk and laugh through the night to enjoy each other's company of course! The townhouse is not to be used as a private club. Any parties forfeit the reservation without refund, you are responsible the cost of any extra cleaning services to clean after a party.

No smoking inside the building, anywhere! Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please help keep this place fresh and clean for everyone!
Penalty for smoking is to pay for additional deep cleaning services 850$.

Please respect the community and neighborhood. There should never be loud disturbances coming from your apartment day or night.
Quiet hours must be respected. If there are issues from your group, same as parties you will be removed, no refunds.

All people coming to the property (including visitors just stopping by and not sleeping there) must be included in your reservation’s Number of Guests. Please contact me about this if you have questions, ahead of your arrival.
⋆CHECK-OUT TIME⋆
If you are late to follow your scheduled Check-out time 11am you will be charged to pay the Housekeeping team's time while they are waiting on you.
It is 120$ per hour. I do send reminders about your check-out time and some helpful tips. If you find you are running late, please let me know asap.
⋆NO ANIMALS⋆
No animals are permitted, because it's a critical health issue for me. For health reasons this is a rule without compromise.
⋆CLEANLINESS⋆
The included Cleaning Fee is to clean after expected use of the apartment of leisure and relaxation. Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms and I ask kindly, please take of shoes at the door. Don’t leave trash around or on the floors.

Please care for my things while you are my guest. You are responsible to leave the property and all furnishing in the same condition as when you arrived so the next guest can enjoy them as you have.

Windows and doors should be closed & locked at all times. Please always check windows and door(s) when you leave.
Winter & Rain: Do not open the windows for more than 5 minutes as the low temperature can cause major damage quickly. Do not let rain into the apartment.

I provide basic supplies for at least your first week so you can get settled. For longer reservations, if you run out of consumable items you should buy more of these items for yourself. (Ask about extra cleaning services that include a refresh of your supplies)

The building management has the right to access the property in case of emergencies, urgent repairs, or required inspections. Of course only in the case of these emergencies. Similarly I have the right to access the unit for important repairs or urgent maintenance, of course, you are notified ahead of time, this is very rare.
