Abandon all hope, ye who enter here

The only positive thing was the central location in a pedestrian street

We found two cockroaches in the room! The overall cleanness was poor. Not a single socket in the room worked. The room door wasn’t locking properly, they installed wrong with a huge gap on the top part. Staff just ignores you

Ideal location and room, bad breakfast and no cleaning during stay. Too noisy at night.

The location was ideal. The room size was OK with bed, room fridge, small dining table, and washroom.

The breakfast was just 2 cookies and a muffin along with juice and coffee. Nobody came to clean the room despite asking for the whole week. There was no waste pick-up either. I was not in quarantine. There was always noise even after 10 am and 5 am. People were talking loud, banging doors at night.

Intéressant pour la gare routière

Hôtel propre et très pratique pour aller a la gare d'autocars de Montréal tôt le matin ou quand on arrive tard dans la nuit. Prix très intéressant pour Montréal.

Hotel modesto pero muy cómodo y ubicadísimo.

La ubicación a una cuadra de la central de bus y cerca del centro y metro es insuperable.

Que no hay elevador y escaleras para entrar.

Location was great, accessible, but you get what you pay for. Montreal hotels prices are very high this year so this made it possible for us to visit, but it is a very very budget accommodation. So expect comfort and cleanliness according to that.

Towels and linens seemed clean, but some towels had stains and they were very thin/rough. Bath tub and bath curtains could be cleaner. Our bedroom door was tilted and weird.

The location is very convenient - around a lot of restaurants. It's also close to the subway. Good if you like to walk around. The 2 person rooms with double beds are spacious.

Though the hotel advertised itself as a smoke free hotel, the moment I walked into my room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I tried to air out the room by opening the windows but it didn't help much. I'm pretty sure the people staying in the room next to me was smoking heavily. On my last day, their door was left ajar and the smell of cigarettes was very strong. Lastly, the hot water in the shower was lukewarm. My stay was during the winter and there was only 1 night where I had ok hot water to use. Funny enough, the hot water tap at the sink was always hot.

there were a problem about ants (we found in the morning one package of cookies devoured by ants) and it was very disgusting, and the staff was not helpful at all

very uncomfortable stay. they hotel has a very good location but other than that I really didn’t find it worth the money

the location is great! it is located on the middle of pubs and restaurants

the wifi didn’t work, when I complained, the person at the reception suggested that I stand closer to the window to get signal (which I tried but still no luck). The shower curtain had mold growing on it. the room was claustrophobic and air conditioning was not working properly, so I was sweaty for 2 hours and then being blasted by air for 20 minutes and then sweaty again. when I borrowed the iron and used it in the room, it felt like the fuse was about to blow so I got scared and unplugged it quickly.

The location was great

Dirty, lots of cigarette burns in bedding, toilet was dirty, NO AC WAS VERY, VERY HOT, had to wait to check out.
