The staff were very warm and friendly and apologetic about the condition of the first room. They were accommodating to correct the poor room quality. The rooms downstairs seemed to be much quieter with patio doors that looked out to the parking lot.

The room we book initially was very loud, unclean (hair, mold all around the windows, and rust in the tub, and vandalized lamps).

bon choix de déjeuner. Bonne insonorisation de la chambre malgré de la proximité de la salle à manger. Place de stationnement face à la porte patio favorisant le transport des valises. Le personnel est souriant et très avenant pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

plus de choix de fruits serait apprécié au déjeuner. Plus de bancs à l'extérieur, voir tables à pique-nique serait un atout pour pouvoir se réunir à l'extérieur.

Séjour correct

Son emplacement (près des attractions principales de Laval), son personnel bilingue et souriant ainsi que le déjeuner compris.

La propreté de la chambre (cheveux dans le lit) et la désuétude de l’équipement (toilette avec la clanche ne fonctionnant pas correctement).

Safe, fun and comfortable

Staff tried to accommodate all needs to the best of their abilities..good people. Sweet and cozy place .

Work going on in the back so parking was limited

Overall very disappointed in my stay.

Breakfast was fine. Food was adequate.

when I arrived at the hotel I noticed there were several armed guards in the area. Was given an explanation at the front desk that they had a government contract to house refugees in the hotel and they had the added security there for that reason. I have nothing against refugees but I do feel that is something that we should have been notified of before we checked into the hotel. Even though I booked a non-smoking room, the room definitely had an odor that it had been used for smoking. When I asked out at the front desk she didn't seem too concerned and seem to make a big issue about moving my room. Continue to stay in the same room was not given another option. one day my room was not cleaned. When I approached the front desk about it there was no apology or explanation given. Had to ask for towels.

Good location had easy access to the highway and shopping,

Nice, quiet well run place. There was ample food options in the breakfast room and the friendly helpful staff stayed on top of refilling everything in a timely manner. The 2 Uniformed guards outside my room 24/7 gave me a strange Welcome to Kabul feeling I didn't expect at a Comfort Inn in Canada. On the upside those lads were very friendly and helpful.

I only have one complaint, the breakfast sausages had a strange 5$ to a case taste about them

Big and comfortable room. If you have work in Laval, it's a good option.

The room is big and the bed is excellent. The bathroom is big, always clean, with a very good shower. Bring your own toiletry — shampoo, soap, everything. The breakfast is simple but good enough.

It was awkward to have at least 3 security all the time in the corridors (why?). Hotel prices in Laval are mysteriously high—although Comfort Inn is better than I expected, a hotel of this category would not cost the same even in New York.

Breakfast was great. Staff were all wonderful. We could not speak French and as soon as the staff member realized we couldn’t they quickly spoke English. That was truly amazing and very appy

I thought the carpets were kind of dirty but I just left my shoes on. Bedclothes were clean and so was bathroom. That was the most important things

The room was simple and the location was good but the staff literally kept us up at night.

The choices for breakfast were good and the room was simple. The bed was comfortable and they allowed pets which was very convenient for us and our 30 pound dog. The location is right off the highway in Laval, so super easy to get downtown or anywhere else you want to go.

There are security guards on every corner of every floor, who chat with each other all night. You can clearly hear them talking all night and it kept us up. There was a live cockroach in our room. On the last night of our stay, a staff member moved us to a room nearby because our toilet was clogged and they couldn't find the one plunger in the whole hotel to fix it. Early that next morning, a staff member used their key to enter our room while we were still sleeping. Since we had our dog with us, this was a very disrupting event. When checking out, I mentioned the noise and the staff member entering our room to the woman named Khamkong at the front desk. She said she wanted to give me a lower rate for the room but she didn't know how to do it on the computer. She told me to call the manager Fatima later that day, who she said would help complete the discount. I called that day, and the day after, and left a message with no response. I still have not heard back. I will not be returning here.
