NOT WHAT I WAS SOLD - I DESERVE A REFUND!

Nothing except for the location.

Everything - it was freezing cold despite using the split units which are very old. IT IS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. In fact they are purposefully deceiving so is the rating that was given. Frankly I should get my money back!

Very bad experience !

The building is very old and not well maintained as well as the apartment. I found cockroaches in the apartment and I left the first night Couldn't stay a minute. The balcony was very dirty The kitchen, the oven, the walls and the air-conditioning have been in very bad condition. The photos certainly are not updated and not been representative of the apartment . I strongly NOT recommend this apartment!

An excellent value apartment very convenient for the Larnaca Airport bus shuttle.

This is a very spacious apartment with several rooms. It is on the third foor of an apartment block but very quiet. I chose it because it is close to the Nicosia terminal of the Larnaca Airport Kapnos shuttle bus (just a 5 minute walk away). There are also regular buses (numbers 3,4,5) at the bus stop just 100m away which go diretc to and from Solomos Square in the city centre. The host met me on arrival (he also offered to pick me up at the Kapnos bus station) and was very helpful. The flat is well equipped and had everything I needed including such necessities as an iron and a kettle.

It might be helpful to leave a few notes at the apartment. Information on Kapnos bus times to Larnaca, bus numbers to the city centre etc would have been useful.

Comfortable beds, friendly host

The host was really friendly and welcomed us wholeheartedly! The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the colorful decoration of the apartment.

The water pressure was extremely low and the location of the apartment wasn't nice. The apartment is in a very old and a bit depressing building. I would want the apartment to be cleaner.

Worst Experience Ever

Absolutely nothing

CHECK THE PHOTOS!!!!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS I WISH I COULD POST MORE PHOTOS. First of all to start with the service, we sent two messages and never received a reply. In a period of a pandemic the most important thing is cleanliness. The photos speak for themselves but I have to write them to be consolidated by the owner. Really if there was no traffic restriction we would LEAVE. Initially the apartment says it has heating. Heating does not exist. Dirt and dust are indescribable, the sheets are disgusting full of hair and crumbs. I DOUBT IF THE APARTMENT HAS BEEN DISINFECTED OR EVEN CLEANED. The toilet is full of stains and mold and even used toilet paper on the floor. The air conditioning which is the only way of heating does not work properly and makes a deafening noise. The aircondition in one of the bedrooms was not working for hot air. If I could I would sleep in the car. It was a sleepless night. The photos are misleading and ridiculous. We are so shook by the reviews on booking and booking listing a property in this condition. I am an owner of a booking property in Athens and I know how the hospitality industry works. This experience was worse than bad. The dust is unreal!

Misleading photos.

The appartment was not suitable, beddings were not clean, furniture was old and smelled of cigarettes and in general, the photos showing a modern residence are misleading (I realized that this was a mistake by just looking at the building, which is old and dodgy). The owner appeared to be very friendly and offered to reimburse me for two out of three nights, provided I cleared the appartment by the next day (which he made very clear). However, he has not done so, and does not reply to any of my messages.
