The Ace comes with 2 full baths for extra privacy and ease of use. This is a huge bonus not having to share bathrooms, this is one of the favorite things we love about this RV. The RV is stocked with plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table perfect for dining or playing games with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven. This unit comes stocked with basic items to make sure you have a smooth stay, toilet paper, soap, cooking and dinnerware utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, plates, bowls, cups, towels, linens, comforters, etc.(we suggest that you bring your own bedding and sleeping items to make your stay is personalized to you but we do supply these items) Enjoy the outdoor amenities instead of staying cooped up inside there's a outdoor TV, audio system and large lit awning for the perfect outdoor fun setting. There is propane hookup for a outdoor grill(not included). After a long day of exploring, retreat to the master bedroom where a comfortable King-Size bed awaits you. The unit also features a pull out couch, a conversion dinette and overhead bunk above the captain chairs providing plenty of sleeping space for up to 6-8 people. Additional amenities include 2 air conditioning units, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of storage space to ensure a comfortable and stress-free trip. We are dedicated to making sure your get away is flawless – from detailed inspections before rental, we do a pre walk-through with directions and instructions. We take you on an RV tour where we go through everything with you to help you understand how to do everything so you aren't having to figure it out all on your own. All the way through your entire rental we are there for you. We are responsive and try to be available for all your questions or needs along the way. All are welcome! We welcome all stages of experience from seasoned to first timers...the first timers love how we go through everything and some people like the refreshers we share with them during the interactive tour. Extra addons: Dump fee: If you can't find a dump station or don't want to deal with doing that, thats ok! We will take care of that for you. There are 2 sets of tanks for the 2 bathrooms: $200 The Rv is equipped with an EZPass Transponder. Tolls will be added to the final bill at the end. Pick up starts at 3 pm. drop off begins at 9 am. Please keep these times in the back of your mind, if you need more time that's generally no problem, we can add a half day charge, however; if there is someone scheduled that same day you must let us know so we can let you know if we can accomodate a late drop off or an earlier pick up. Refueling charge: A flat fee of $100 plus the gas it took to get it back to where it was will be added if you do not return the RV with the same or more than what you received it with. This is pretty standard with any rental, we prefer that you refuel it before returning but please keep in mind you cannot refuel and then drive it too far as it is an RV so it won't come back with the same amount depending on how far you drove it, Yes! some people think they can refill and then drive it 100+ miles more. The best thing to do is to refill it as close to us as possible if you want to avoid this. Delivery fee: We can deliver it, $150 for 10 miles feel. Free to message us if you are further and we can let you know what it'll be depending on the distance you need. There maybe other fees just depending on the specific situation but these are the main ones. We reserve the right to add fees for unforeseen things but this isn't common.
