The room was wonderful, clean, comfortable, and housekeeping was great as well. The hotel itself was kind of hectic and the front desk was stingy about giving us complimentary water.

The room was very clean! Loved it, however the early morning construction noise wasn’t good.
The restaurant choices were great! Streets closed down for the formula 1 race, which was difficult for traveling.

Brilliant hotel but smelt too much of cigarette smoke in communal areas outside of the casino. Room also smelt of smoke and there were some minor irritations with nearby room repairs at unsociable hours

The north tower is being renovated. There is construction noise from 630 am until 3pm. We were awaken on 11-18 and 11-19 before 7am. The noise is a rotary hammer drill on the floor above our 31st floor room. I called the front desk and was placed on an automatic hold. The desk never answered the phone for 30 or 40 minutes of ringing.

I am disabled, and was surprised that there were no handrails in the bathroom or shower. This made it difficult for me. The cleanliness was great and in room service was great. The view was fantastic.

The place is beautiful. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy.
The only problems were in that everything is so far. Apart and you have to walk through the whole casino to get anywhere.
Coffee was crazy expensive.
But the room was wonderful.

Water was shut off during the night and never were guests in the South Tower notified this would happen. This happened 2 of our 3 nights. No shower, toilet or sink. Absolutely NO water at all. Plus they forgot to notify us when our room was ready and we had to go back to the front desk over 3 hours later to inquire then they lost our luggage where we held it and that took over 2 hours.

Our room was beautiful direct view of the sphere, which is the reason we booked a stay at the Venetian so that we could easily walk there walking. There was not that easy. It was a little bit of amaze, but we figured it out. My only suggestion is to have more filtered water available for us to refill our water bottles. The only one I could find was in the gym, which was fine, but in order to fill it up, I had to walk along way. I especially loved Bouchon on your property and The Canyon Spa.

Everything about our stay was exceptional, including the walkway to the Sphere, and the Foreigner show within the hotel. We never left the property - no need to! Great restaurants and shops all along the canal and St. Marks. The step-down living space in the suite made for a very special feel, and the room appointments were exceptional.

The resort itself is beautiful! The rooms are large, which is nice. The bathroom is large, but not very well lit, even with all the lights on. The resort opened in 1999, and the rooms look like they haven't been updated since.
There were water bottles on a tray beneath the TV in the living area. The water bottles were blocking the sensor for the remote, so we scooched the tray to the right a bit to clear the sensor. We almost got charged for stuff on the tray because of our moving it out of the way, but thankfully, the woman who stocks it made sure we weren't charged. If you don't want to end up being charged, touch nothing!

Our upgrade to the South Tower turned out to be a lot of construction noise and activity. They did compensate for the noise. Housekeeping did not show up one day. Yo get assistance on the phone was a huge challenge. 5-star apparently didn't include towels or writing pads. Fitness center was limited unless you wanted to pay $100. It's a very large hotel and there are kinks that are just not handled all that well.
