Don’t waste your time or money going here. Motel 6, in the middle of Crackville would be better. The room was dirty and missing furniture look like nobody had been in it for years. There was gaps in the doors they did not seal nor did they have security locks on them.

i read the reviews, but the price was too tempting (low). went to look at hotel. they are dumping money into it , what i saw and are very concerned about how it looks and is. room was nice. we spent 13 days on the road and this was very comfortable too us. we drove to airport in am and it was 18 min away. met manager he was very accomodating and nice as was front desk clerk.

The staff was very nice. The room was dirty. The carpet was wet and dirty. I stepped on a white towel after stepping on the carpet with clean feet. I left dirty footprints on the towel. The lamps next to the bed did not work.

The photos on the website are not representative of this property. Currently in dispute of charges as we checked out after 8 hours (late flight, tired child reason we didn’t walk right back out). Only disputing for night we did not stay. Burn holes in linens, dirty walls, stains on floor (keep shoes on!), Locks that need replacing, white stains on dark sofa (ew). Did not feel safe, even will all the locks needing replacement ‘locked’.

The bed was clean and comfortable. However, the facility is old and has not been well maintained. The light above our sink did not work, the walls and carpet were stained and dirty. The light switches were dirty. There was a cigarette burn in the coverlet on the bed. Breakfast was extremely limited.

The first room was dirty and had marks on the walls, mold in the bathroom, and broken lamp. The second room was better but still had some minor things wrong. Additionally, they didn’t clean the room daily so I had to go ask for more towels and washcloths during our stay.

I made a paid reservation for a 2 double bed room and was given a 1 king size bed. The confirmation email and expedia verified the type of room i booked. They would not change our room that night nor did they offer to transfer us to a different room for the next couple of nights. Ipon checking in, the receptionist announced our room number in the lobby where other people, mostlg men were lined up/ behind us. With a loud voice, he named where our room was located and out loud gave us directions on how to get there with the hotel map.The room was dirty and there were alot of broken fixtures. We only stayed there for a night out of the 3 nights booked and check out early.

The room was well kept. The bathroom was the only negative. There was mold and rust all over the bathroom walls. The fan did not work properly. The was a nice large closet. Great breakfast offerings. Very friendly staff. Great deal.

The bathroom had small bugs/knats crawling everywhere and there was a hole in the wall by the tub that looked like mold growth. The caulking around the tub/shower was moldy and there appeared to be mold on the wall over the window. Some of the lights worked and sometimes they didnt. You turn off a light, get across the room and it turns back on. Staff was friendly but not a clean location.

The ad on Hotels.com said there was a kitchenette. A mini keurig, perched on a microwave, perched on a mini-fridge like some sort of post-modern hospitality pyramid does NOT a kitchenette make. Second, the hotel wifi was so bad I had to use my own phone as a hotspot to achieve any sort of connection. When the wifi did occasionally work carrier pigeons would have had more bandwidth. Third, the overall state of the rooms. One of our rooms, the doors were hung so badly that outside door refused to lock at all, and the bathroom one almost could not be closed. (the outside one was later fixed) Fourth. Our stay was four nights long. In that time housekeeping never came to my room. No towels were replaced, no cleaning was done. The other people with me had to beg for cleaning to be done one day while we were out. Fifth. Though the building does have extensive camera coverage it's rather unnerving to see rear access doors wedged open 24/7, making for an obvious security concern. Sixth. In neither of our rooms were the TVs connected to anything at all. Not cable, not satellite, nothing. Maybe the aforementioned carrier pigeons took them. On top of that, one room's A/C unit was barely functional. Seven. The breakfast "buffet" consisted of a waffle maker, a toaster, two coffee jugs, juice, a jug of milk and cereal cups. A friend of mine told me this was the hotel people go to end their lives... I see why.

I stayed here overnight while visiting a friend. The room was neat and while not new, it wasn't shabby. There were no screens on the windows, and the drapes were too long to keep them closed and run the air conditioning or vent. What really soured my stay and convinced me never to stay here again? The check-in service. My friend booked the room for me via her expedia account, but it was booked in my name. When I got there, the front desk attendant wouldn't check me in because my name allegedly didn't match the one on the reservation. I told him that my married name was on the reservation. Though my driver's license still has my maiden name on it, I have other cards with my married name. He insisted that my friend had to be there to check me in. So I waited for my friend to show up. After several rounds of my friend insisting that her name was not on the reservation and him insisting that he needed her ID, he finally printed out the reservation to show up that he needed HER ID. Nope. Lo and behold, it was MY married name on the reservation! Just like I told him. So after I finally got checked in, the room I was given was NOT the room that was reserved. I specifically asked for and the reservation was for a roll-in shower. I have mobility issues, and this was a specific need. So we had to go through the hassle of requested and waiting and moving to the new room. It was all just too much for an overnight stay. I'll never stay here again.
