Cleanliness was awful. The dishes were left in the dishwasher and it was leaking old dirty water onto the kitchen floor. Roaches came from that.

Had to switch rooms because tv not working, cockroaches in bathroom, overall clean and comfortable but staff slow to address issues

William at the front desk was very personable, very hospitable, and made sure I had EVERYTHING I needed for my stay. I’m a Braintree resident, and I know all the surrounding muses and restaurants, and he listed off every nook and crannie that not a lot of people know about in that area. I was on business at the time. It made me feel even more at home, to know, that someone who doesn’t even live in this area, knows about all the popular attractions and businesses for this area. If my company had an open position, i would hire William in a heart beat.

Problem with AC. Reported to front desk. Nothing done. Was given a room next to wedding party guests. Party in room started at 2:30 a m. Little sleep. Lastly, some of furnishings worn need updates. Needless to say, I will not be returning. This cost us $249 in total.

I was given the room and someone was in there and I walked in on them in "bed"!!!!

Roaches was in my hotel room all I wanted to do was have a good birthday weekend with my fiancé smh Boston was a vibe forreal I hadda good time until I got back to the hotel and turned on the light and saw roaches….i was totally lost for word and the fact that they couldn’t even compensate us with putting us in another room I do not recommend staying there until they pass inspection on the roaches

I arrived at the desk Friday 7/26/24 to check in I waited for 15 mins finally someone came the person said they were all alone I gave them my information and my license the person stared at the computer for at least 3 mins then says to me sir I’ll be right back. The desk person disappeared for about 5 mins then comes back looks at his computer for a few more minutes finally I said is everything alright he says no we’re are over booked. I asked to speak with a manager and requested that I’m put into a surrounding hotel as there is multiple on the same street. I demanded this because I was not contacted via cell phone or email that I provided when booking my hotel. He instructed me that I would need to request a refund and there’s nothing the hotel or him can or will do. I then told the desk person I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 28 years and the reason why I was unable to check in was because my room wasn’t made ready by hotel staff and that is why he left me to verify that then lied to me about the reason he then apologized a said sir you’re right that’s the exact reason. Completely unacceptable as I stepped away from the desk to check other hotel availability on the same area and I then overheard him instructing another guest that was checking in the same thing this guest had an even worse situation they booked their stay a month prior and flew into town for a wedding once again absolutely nothing was done for him either. I’m expecting full refund please help
