The best hotel near Niagara Falls due to its accessibility to everything, including restaurants and Clifton Park.

Hotel was great! All the staff was most helpful. Very clean. Two items we did not care for was the Kerig in the room. We don't like Kerig coffee but we did drink it. The second was the Italian restaurant. Food was just okay and it is too dark. You can't read the menu unless you use your phone

The room had a wonderful view of the falls and was clean with a sleek contemporary decor. The shower was tricky to use and leaked water out, the fireplace didn’t work and the room was cold despite attempts to change the temperature at the thermostat.
The spa was great with a fabulous view of the falls, this was a last minute booking which I was glad worked out.
I was not thrilled with all the extra fees. Parking was pricey, resort fees for amenities I didn’t use and additional occupancy fees (per adult).
If the room booked fits 4 I don’t see why a family of four with young adults have to pay more when we all fit comfortably in the room with 2 queen beds. It’s unnecessary and drives up costs for family getaways.

I had a beautiful room fireplace, jetted tub, falls view. It seemed the bathroom was newly renovated every thing was absolutely perfect. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the channel selection on the tv no movie stations they had Netflix wasn’t paying for that. I would want to go back to the Sheraton next time.

I booked a room last minute as we were supposed to go home at night but we were too tired. Our phones died because we didn’t bring our charger, I asked the guest service for a charger and they told me to go buy one from the gift shop. The room was comfortable but when we were getting ready to leave in the morning, we noticed a blood stain on one of the bed sheets.

We went on a two-day getaway with my family, and overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both fine, but there was much room for improvement. I would rate the buffet a 3 out of 5. While half of the staff were very polite, the others were not as attentive. Evidently, the dining area was understaffed during breakfast and dinner, which may have impacted the staff's behaviour. We tried breakfast twice and dinner once during our stay. Each time, there was an issue with the table set up as cutlery was missing, the table was not clean, the worst, others used milk and spoons, and coffee was left on the table as new. Cutlery and half-clean plates could be seen among those supposed to be clean dishes. Overall food options were good and tasted fine.

We stayed there three days. We were out touring every day.
Our suite was never cleaned!
I had to call the front desk the second night to get clean towels for the bathroom. Sh3 only brought three towels. No extra bathmat, face cloth, soap, etc
She did not offer to clean the rooms
I expect at least one day of service.

This was our second stay at this hotel .Our first stay five years ago was much better. Customer service was not akways friendly nor helpful . Parking should be added to cost of room and not additional. Definitely didnt like the fact that i was made to give a tip to the staff at the breakfast buffet and they didnt do anything for us besides seat us ! I can definitely say i will not be returning ti this hotel !!

We stayed in an American falls view room that had a wonderful view. I was worried because it was on the 3rd floor but it was beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was a good size with a Juliet balcony. Parking is expensive but we parked at a public lot 2 blocks away for $20 a day because we had two cars.

My stay was great with the exception of a couple of things. Check in staff and check out staff are just unfriendly people. Also, I was quoted $65 for valet parking but I was charged $79.23 per day. That is super disappointing. Last but not least, our first day of breakfast, not one person came to our table to bring coffee until we were ready to leave. At that time a man hounded me to circle him a minimum $9 tip. Absolutely not. We literally received no service at all, except for a late carafe of coffee. And why would they get tipped unless they give us a great seat with a great view anyway? I am literally serving myself. The bellhops were fabulous, valet guys were great and the elevator lady was wonderful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and loved it.

they charge more for parking that the parking lot if I would not have used hotel parking which is the opposite of anywhere I have ever been and I travel a lot .. I understand they charge a resort fee and the extra tourist fee but I also know that they have leeway to reduce those but she would not hear anything of it and said she couldn't do anything .. we arrived at midnite and left before 9am .. nothing was open, we ha no opportunity to use anything they were charging us for. We have stayed at this property many times and I have always been pleased but it will be a long long time before I go back.

Great location. Indoor pool was closed for maintenance which was a bummer. Need to have a water cooler in the fitness room instead of using plastic water bottles.
Overall good stay and would recommend to others
