The Little Niagara Bungalow is a newly remodeled home less than ten minutes from the Falls! Groceries and restaurants as well as a large outlet mall even closer!

Comfortable queen beds with a couple pillow choices. Free off street parking for up to 3 cars plus free *alternate* street parking.

We stayed for two nights in order to visit Niagara Falls. We really enjoyed our stay - the property was spot on - just as described. Spotlessly clean and comfortable and well placed to visit the area. Interesting neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting out watching people go by in the evening. Ideal; would recommend.

The cottage is located within 15 minutes to Niagara Falls and had a supermarket right across the street. The cottage was very clean and there were no surprises. The kitchen is adequately stocked, but the lighting in the kitchen is a bit dim. The communication with the host Matt was easy. We would definitely recommend the cottage.

Very nice little house. I stay in the area multiple times a year and this one of the nicest and most accurate of the homes we stay in. The owner is very responsive and understanding. Overall a very nice place. Would definitely stay again.

Great location , great TV viewing after a long day . Everything we needed. Living room couch could use updating ( but works great ) ! Enjoyed our stay, will book again if we get time to return to this area .

Really can’t beat the location ! The best shopping, the mall a block away has every store you can imagine!!! great dining options,within walking distance grocery store super close, the falls were like 10-12 min driving time not bad at all, the house is smaller but cozy, off street parking, the little neighbor was super friendly, the appliances were super nice, shower water pressure was amazing.

This little bungalow was the perfect place for our trip to experience Niagra Falls. Just minutes away from the Niagra Falls State Park as well as Fort Niagra in a neighboring town. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and Matt was very quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay if you plan on visiting Niagara falls, just minutes away! Very clean and well stocked with any supplies you'd need. Washer/dryer in the basement which I didn't see listed, so this was great! Grocery store right across the street with lots of other stores and restaurants in the area. Quiet neighborhood. No issues at all. Thanks so much for sharing your home :)

The bungalow was the perfect place for me and my wife to enjoy a nice getaway. The Falls are close and very easy to get to. Matt was very responsive and the bungalow was equipped with all of tue necessities and more. 5 out of 5 stars across the board.

This was a great little place with thoughtful amenities, in a quiet place, with kind neighbors! We maxed this adorable little house out with a group of 8- ranging in age from 4 to 70. Space still wasn't an issue, even with use of the air mattress they leave for guests. It's a nicely and newly remodeled house with the best water pressure I've ever had. We never ran out of hot water with multiple guests showering back to back. A nice little front porch to sit on and the neighbors were so kind when we spoke. The host was very attentive and helpful and quick to respond. We did notice the gutter piece by the front porch stairs was quite sharp and awkward to avoid stubbing a toe on and we could have used to have a few more towels available, but that won't deter us from planning another trip in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

The Little Niagara Bungalow is absolutely adorable and was the perfect place for my parents and me. It is convinient to shopping, restaurants, and Niagara Falls(obviously). Matt and Ashleigh checked in with us when we arrived and throughout our stay. They are wonderful hosts! The property is well-maintained and so comfy. We felt right at home! I will book with them again if I find myself in the area. I highly recommend staying here!

This small but cute 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house was perfect for 4 adults and 1 infant. The open concept made the space feel larger. House is close to plenty of shopping and a 10 minute drive to the Falls. Response time of the owners was quick and they made us feel welcomed.

The Bungalow was very welcoming and clean upon arrival; beds we’re comfortable with fresh linens, and plenty of towels/wash cloths. The host was quick to respond and super nice! There’s several shopping places and restaurants nearby and having on-site laundry was a major plus as well!

We scheduled a Mothers Day weekend trip to Niagara Falls. This location was not immediately near the Falls but was a close drive and the property fit the number in our group and was clean, comfortable and close to grocery store and takeout for meals. We enjoyed our stay and the trip overall.

The house was the perfect size for just the 2 of use. Close to shops and restaurants out of the hustle and bustle of being near Niagara Falls, which is only 10 minutes away. Great place to stay!

What a wonderful little home to come back after a day of site seeing. The shower was great and have a TV in the bedroom was a nice touch. Our host was great. He checked in to see if everything was going as we had expected and to let him know if we needed anything. I would highly recommend saying here.

My husband and I had a wonderful anniversary stay at the bungalow in Niagara Falls. The bungalow was very clean and updated, the neighborhood was quiet and safe and it was close to everything. The owner was very courteous and checked on us during our stay to make sure we did not need anything. We were happy with our entire stay. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. We will make sure to recommend the bungalow to family and friends. Thank you Matt for the personal attention and attention to detail, no wonder you are a premier host.
