Took almost a month to receive my $100 incidental deposit back, which took multiple phone calls and an email inquiry. Room was as advertised, but had everything my son and I needed after going to the local Meijer down the street.

Very dated property. Its clean. They charge money grab $15 for early check in before 4pm knowing that everyone is here for U Michigan game starting at 3:30 pm. Friendly staff.

Big room and loved having the separate bedroom. We spent a lot of time visiting around the kitchen island and family room. Great location also.

This was a great dog-friendly place with a kitchen and access to washer and dryer for laundry. For our family it was convenient and the room was a good size. Front desk staff was friendly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was a hair in the shower. Everything else was clean and sanitized.

The staff was very pleasant. The room accommodation was great And very clean. Love the concept of a mini sweet. Lots of space. Could use a luggage rack. The bed was not that comfortable. The parking lot area is in dire need of repair, and I mean dire need. I will definitely choose a Sonesta suite in the future.

Staff were fantastic. Hallways smelled good. Rooms were so clean! Laundry is currently free (will probably change some point but for now big plus!)

The hotel is clean and front desk staff friendly. We liked the full kitchen and fridge availability and made use of the microwave. Our room had a bedroom separate from the living area, which made the living area more roomy and comfortable. The hotel overall is a good choice for an Ann Arbor football weekend. It’s not a polished, premium hotel, but we found it better than most.

The room had enough space for 2 night stands with 2 lamps instead of 1. I ended up turning a laundry basket upside down in order to create a night stand. Because of limited surface space, I used the ironing board. The coffee provided for the room was insufficient but the lobby coffee was much better. $1500 for 2 nights was too much for this property, even if it was a football weekend

A few sketchy people hanging around side entrances. Front desk people were wonderful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Overall a very easy and comfortable stay.

Only washed the towels and cleaned the room once a week or when you left. Staff had no interest in helping you. Bed and interior of suite in marginal condition.

We have stayed here many times and are going to be renting a unit as a "home away from home" for my son's hockey season. It's close to Biggby Ice Cube, Michigan stadium, Yost, and all kinds of shopping and dining options. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but does have a snack pantry and coffee, and the Colonnade shopping center across the parking lot has a Panera. They are super dog friendly and we love the artwork throughout. Staff has mostly been friendly and helpful. The only things we don't like are that the hallways don't always smell great, and the smokers congregate outside the entrances (both cigarettes and weed.) I have a smoke allergy so I have to wait till they're done before I can go in or out. It would be really nice if the hotel could move the ashcans and benches farther out for the guests who don't smoke.

This is an older facility but well maintained and convenient to everything. We were upgraded to a suite and it was great. This is a pet friendly place. I would stay here again.
