Our stay at Artemisia Domus - Giardino was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and were always ready to assist with any request. Their friendliness and professionalism truly set the tone for our stay.
The rooms were beautifully appointed, offering a perfect blend of modern luxury and classic Italian charm. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that was both comfortable and sophisticated. The property itself is the epitome of boutique hotel luxury, with a serene garden that provided a peaceful escape from the bustling city.
The location is ideal, right in the heart of the port area of Napoli. We were able to easily explore the city’s many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite its central location, the hotel feels like a tranquil oasis.
I highly recommend Artemisia Domus - Giardino to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Napoli. We can’t wait to return!

Cara was absolutely exceptional! She greeted us with champagne. She recommended an amazing seafood restaurant we enjoyed so much! She scheduled a taxi for us to the airport. If All of this wasn’t enough Cara prepared breakfast for us of yogurt croissants jam ect because our taxi to the airport was before breakfast started. Our room was fabulous and clean and spacious and beautiful. The bed was so comfortable as well

Chic hotel in the heart of Naples.. very walkable for Galleria Umberto I, Castel Nuovo, Gulf of Naples. Quick taxi ride to port for transfer to Capri, etc. Gardens are beautiful and room was clean, spacious and lovely. We had a lovely night sleep. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming too. We're so glad we decided to spend a night in Naples before going to Amalfi Coast!

We stayed for 4 days as a long weekend for my wife's 50th.. Amazing stay in an amazing city. The hotel is small enough to be personal and the team were always amazing, helpful, friendly knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. A jewel in Naples crown.
Thank you all so much.

The rooms are clean and fresh and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was good. The only downfall was the entry to the property being two floors up. Ground floor very dark and open in the centre which when it pours rain in can be a challenge to maneuver but, worth it when you get inside the property.
, worth the effort

Getting there was very tricky. There should be photos of the outside of the building as well as Google Map screenshots so that you know what you're doing, as the town does not allow signage outside and the building exterior is very misleading. This is frustrating when carrying heavy bags and traveling.
The interior is gorgeous, absolutely stunning. The rooms as well as the common spaces are done so nicely. Perfectly renovated while still keeping the history of the building.
A couple changes to the room would really make this a five star stay - hooks near the tub for your towel and robe (there were none so you had to kinda lay your wet towel down) and PLEASE black out the toilet wall - it is SO weird that this is labeled as a romance room with in room hot tub and then BOOM just clear glass to watch your partner poop. Why not just make the glass a color or opaque please?
The staff here is 11/10. Jordana, Chiara, and Rosanna were all AMAZING to work with. I booked a massage and spa day ahead of time, via email and they were so incredibly responsive it was insane. I cannot say enough good things about the girls who work there. The hospitality continued upon arrival and the introduction to the space was like a mini historical tour as we checked in. So good.
The spa day was great, I would highly recommend booking a massage ahead of time. I would skip the "turkish bath" for 60USD - it's just a steam room they turn on for one hour. Way too steep for what it is.

Beautiful escape in to fully renovated rooms in this boutique hotel in a 15th century castle. Don’t let the outside facade fool you. This place is a real gem. We felt so welcomed upon arrival and throughout our stay by Chiara and others at the front desk.

Once inside Artemisia Domus, the experience is wonderful. A small number of rooms surround a lovely garden, small reception and attractive breakfast area. Breakfast, which can be taken in the garden, was pleasant and more than adequate. The room was spacious and well appointed, including a queen bed, a desk space to work, more than adequate closet space and a large bath with an exceptionally grand jacuzzi tub. The downside is the far less than grand entrance to the hotel, which occupies part of the second floor of a commercial builing. It is not on the most attractive street in the Napoli harbor district. The entryway is dark, essentially a parking lot, and a tiny, aged elevator, not even large enough for two persons and their luggage, brings one to the second floor (the staff was exceptionally helpful with our luggage and many other things). Hotel reception is only present for half the day, so that when you arrive back to the hotel after dinner, one enters a dark building, on a not so great street, takes the rickety elevator and needs a key to enter the empty hotel lobby. (Less than 24 hour hotel staff seems now to be standard in smaller properties in Italy.) While we enjoyed our stay, one should not expect an attractive entrance and lobby area.

Was a bit of a shock turning up as hotel is located through a dark archway and on the second floor…but once inside, everything was fabulous. I would stay there again!!
