We had an excellent stay and will certainly stay again. Tony was particularly helpful upon check-in. We had an issue with another car park upon arrival, which Tony quickly sorted out and organised for us to avail of the hotel parking facilities.
Room was very comfortable.

The construction across the way was so loud and I had men peering in my room starting at 6 am. The manager did nothing to help us and I had to spend 1/2 the day waiting for help because they refused to assist me. it sounded like the entire construction crew were in the room with us. The train went by with a loud horn all night and sounded like a freight train going through the room. No fridge in the room. Room was dirty and the staff were rude!

Overall a nice hotel, great location which is made average by some of the service. Staff appears to have low morale and not inclined to be helpful.

When you arrive with several big bags and are told you get an upgrade you are excited. That is until you find the room is not that different than what you reserved and was up a set of stairs that meant you had to carry your bags up a small flight.
Now that’s the only issue I can raise. In general it was a good standard big city hotel. Earlier in the trip we stayed at a different hotel in Dublin and it felt more local which is our preference.

Upon arrival, I was given a room upgrade, which was an awesome room! Great view out my window, great location near the walled city, beautiful room, couldn’t be nicer. Aside from that, the concierge was incredibly helpful with attractions in the city and anything else I needed.

The only detraction was the lack of parking, valet or otherwise. We arrived at 2pm to check in and all valet parking was already taken. They gave us a discoynt voucher for a parking garage but with the traffic and one-way streets, it was a 10 minute drive.

The location near Trinity College was perfect and there were a lot of dining options in the vicinity. We ate at the hotel lounge area our first night in Ireland and it was perfect. Food and drinks were excellent and they let us linger for nearly two hours.

It was centrally located. The sink was clogged and the bathroom could use an update. It seemed unsafe to get in and out of the shower. The tub was very high.

Lovely hotel. Unfortunately work started right outside our window and a lot of hammering and noise from 7am. No warning from the hotel that this was expected. A very early wake up call on a night away.

We stayed at the Trinity City for 2 nights and overall it was a pleasant stay. Just a couple of criticisms mainly about the restaurant. We had dinner on our second night and unfortunately the food was served on cold plates which meant that the vegetables were cold. I tried to point this out to one of the waiting staff but unfortunately she speak speak sufficient English and didn’t understand. This was the only criticism and apart from that a very nice hotel.

Great city center hotel. Restaurant on location. Friendly staff, walking distance to Trinity college and all the city hot spots.

A fine hotel, easy to get to from the airport via the express bus, and close to lots of cool things in the Dublin City center. Couldn’t be closer to Trinity College, and if you like walking around a city this is a great home base.
