Perfectly fine place to stay for an overnight passing through town. Good amount of noise transfers between rooms/halls. Staff was lovely and friendly. Great value.

First of all, the homemade breakfast burritos are AMAZING!! What a great way to start the morning!! Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and a quick check in and check out. Although there is ample shopping and chain restaurants around, the street is rather dirty with litter everywhere.

The overnight stay was just what we wanted. It was priced right, comfortable, clean, very nicely decorated. The breakfast was very good, and the dining area was very nice.

Was not able to rest well, it was VERY noisy. People stomping and hollaring in the halls and doors slamming all night. We were privy to a domestic dispute next door at about 3am.

For the price this place was great. A little run down but they made the best of the place. It’s got character for a basic hotel type and certainly won’t get the high level lines but they’ve spruced up the place nicely. The only negative is the thin walls and doors. I could hear everyone down the hallways and adjacent doors slamming, definitely bring earplugs just in case!

Very noisy, loud music, running and loud talking in hallway and in the room above us. Made it hard to sleep. The beds weren’t that comfy and room was small and dark. The chair in our room was stained. Staff not very friendly and breakfast was just ok.

Older facility. The heater wasn’t working properly. Notified them next morning and was told when I got back that evening it was fixed. Definitely wasn’t fixed. They said that I couldn’t get moved. Was told I can get more blankets and a space heater. Got space heater.

Check in process was easy. Staff was nice. Breakfast burritos were the highlight. Hotel was easy to find, but the room was not comfortable to stay in. There was heavy smell of animal urine before entering the room and inside the room. There was oily hand prints on the headboard.

Great for the price. Breakfast is always the same burritos, but they are pretty good. One of our sheets had a stain😣, but easily replaced. Noisy neighbors at night made for an interesting experience 😅.

Real surprise for the price! This hotel is no less by all standards than any of $200 per night. Clean, friendly, well designed and furnished.
This will be my spot when in Santa Fe, no doubt!!

Lots of traffic noise during the night. Our door made a lot of noise as it stuck everytime we opened it. Bed was comfortable, could use some softer pillows. Headboard banged against the wall whenever you sat or repositioned yourself while trying to sleep. No coffee creamers or regular sugar for coffee! Breakfast burritos were good. I would not stay here again.

This was a great room for the price point. A little far away from the downtown area, but we had a car. The room was clean and pleasant. It was also fairly quiet. We would consider staying again.

Had stayed here a few years back and was not impressed but needed a relatively cheap room recently and this one was about the best option location wise and I couldn't have been happier with the updates they've made. Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was good. Ended up staying a second night because everything was great!

Breakfast is made fresh in front of you. The hotel, while older, is nicely furnished and close to all the things. But it’s service that really wins my 5 stars. A handwritten note from house keeping, the cook making breakfast, the front desk helping with local suggestions, a shuttle to the local sights. It was the little touches that I loved so much

However, there was this consistent sewage smell that would come up quite often in the hallway and sometimes in the room. Also, the property is smoke-free, but you can tell there used to be smoking allowed. The room smelled like old cigarettes. The building is outdated and could definitely use a refresh, but for the price, it was worth it.

My father uses a walker so we reserved a handicap accessible room. There were grab bars next to the toilet and in the shower and a shower chair was in place. The towel bar is hung over the grab bar so on the first visit to the restroom, my Dad didn't even know there was a bar. If you've never assisted someone who requires it for safety, you wouldn't think to hang the towel rack in a different place. The other difficulty we encountered that a standard walker did not fit between the two beds or to the side of either. I am a nurse and I was able to make due, but it could have been a much greater challenge for someone alone or without someone able to assist. I would definitely stay here again because of the amazing team of employees.
