The front desk staff were polite and welcoming, and the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom light and fan made a loud, unpleasant noise for several minutes every time they were turned on. A noisy group across the hall partied until around 2 a.m., with no enforcement of quiet hours, which significantly disrupted the stay. Additionally, despite the 'No Smoking' signs on every door, the hallway strongly smelled of cigarettes. These issues made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience."

Facilities are old and dark. The room was clean but dark, depressing with old furnishings. Bathroom clean but again old. Staff makes the most of what they have but this hotel is in dire need of refurbishing.

Nothing against the hotel. But we had a fire drill at 2:00 in the morning and had to stand outside for a half hour. Second time this has happened to me about a year apart. What's the odds pretty darn good. The staff is very friendly and helpful! It could use some updating.

Old, worn dated furnishings and a rock hard bed. No pillow top here. Room was musty. Breakfast was bagels with butter or cream cheese, donuts or small danishes or Nature Valley granola bars or individually wrapped muffins. Only fruit was bananas. Coffee was average. Noy what I'd expect to pay 228/ nt for.

Key bed light and coffee machine were unplugged. Toilet seat was broken. The light breakfast was pathetic except for the coffee. Bed and shower were good. The desk staff were friendly and helpful.

i was told i would be allowed to check in at a certain time and instead they gave my room up. Never got to stay there, had to sleep outside. Even though the room was paid for.

The only concern we expressed on check out was the noisy air conditioner. There was a constant whirling noise that made it a bit difficult for us to fall asleep, bug we ultimately did. Otherwise, the shower's hot/cold faucets were reversed which again was a bit confusing, but we were able to overcome that inconvenience.

It was a good trip. The bed was very comfortable! The room was nice and clean but definitely needed some updating. There was a hole in the wall behind the bed, which I could only see because I was looking for an outlet. The lamp on the nightstand was rusted on the bottom but other than that very comfortable. I would only suggest cleaning the rugs in the hallways and stairs. They were really dirty and had a little musty smell but not in the room itself.

Staff was atrocious. I mean quit your job if you’re that miserable. A muffin is not a breakfast, what’s the point of having a toaster if you don’t have bread. I instantly regretted my choice. The carpets stink, humidity is high, ventilation is the room was deficient. It was clean. Bed was good. That’s it.

Worn down, ugly, unkept, unmaintained, unpleasant staff, “breakfast” is cold coffee in a thermos and a pre packed muffin that they don’t take responsibility for, shower does not drain, carpet smells, room is stuffy, power plugs don’t work and are scarce, stairways are filthy. Is this America??
