The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars was that the parking was a bit of walk from the room. I have some mobility issues and carrying suitcases, etc to and from the car bother them. The hotel was quite full, so that may have been the best available. I stay here often and will continue to do so.

Friendly service while checking in, the heat wasnt working in our room and we were transferred to another room without question.

Stayed for five days. Room was cleaned daily while i was out doing work errands. Fresh towels daily, front desk was friendly. Floor could use a little extra mopping, can't really complain though for the price.

Stay was horrible. Requested non smoking room n the room smells like cigarettes. Customer has asthma also. So it didn’t help with cigarette smell . Poor air filters.

Really nice staff, and accommodating. Noise from the highway. Beds are firm, no kingsize available. Our first room had a burnt smell. We changed rooms to one with 2 beds and the room was odourless. Nice pool. Charming property. Comfortable stay, decent rates, good location.

This was a crack shack the shower barely worked and it was so dirty my family used sandals to take a shower. Crack heads everywhere seem like it’s a homeless shelter. I would never go back and I didn’t feel comfortable there especially with my kids. Just glad I woke up with my vehicle in one piece.

Booked and paid for room not available on arrival, turns out the gave it to another person, then a 45 minute wait at 10pm, to find a room and have it “cleaned” as no house keeping available, bad bed, upstairs access, I’m disable and struggle with stairs, and room condition very poor, thread bare carpets and worn bathroom floor, at least the sheets were clean. What can I say, never again, despite coming half the stay $ back I’d rather spend twice the full cost and have decent service in future
