I have never spent so much money to stay in a trailer in my life. It is not the desert experience it is touted to be as the noise of the highway and lights from the dollar general put us basically right in town. We got the premium airstream and asked what the difference was compared to the regular airstream experience and were told, “Ammenities!’ They could not explain what these ammenities were, however. It became our word of the day. A cash grab resort fee of 35 bucks a day for such special inclusions like TV, wifi, pool, and bikes. Things that are pretty standard everywhere else. Breakfast was granola and milk and super weak coffee. They couldn’t even throw in some yoghurt or fruit. It was nickel and dime time on the edge of town. The wind whipped up the dust and our dollars into the ether. Never again.

We have done numerous autocamp and we usually love them. But Joshua Tree is not at the level of the other ones.
Very noisy due to the very high traffic road that is at the door of the airstreams. It wears you up early and retrieve all the imagery you have to be ‘in the desert’.

This was the coolest property we've ever stayed at. The check-in experience was pleasant and staff were so friendly and helpful. The Airstream was the perfect size for myself and our small dog. We truly loved it and can't wait to stay at other properties.

Location was perfect for our stay. Short drive to Joshua Tree National Park and close to the highway. Facilities were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and we had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable.

Trailer was great as always, location of the camp was weird, not what you would expect compared to their other locations

I recently stayed at an auto camp and wanted to share my experience! The facilities were top-notch, and the unique accommodations added a charming touch to our stay. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend it for a unique outdoor experience!

First time staying in an airstream so didn’t really know what to expect. It was very small but had what we needed for our short stay. A small fridge. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Only warning is the last night it was very windy so it was a little rocky trying to sleep. For someone that gets motion sick very easily it wasn’t the best setting. but I was still able to fall asleep eventually

Too expensive for what it is - no working TV - very limited store options. Not even a good experience. Very disappointing!

Our stay at AutoCamp Joshua Tree was nothing short of fantastic. The proximity to the entrance of Joshua Tree National Park made it incredibly convenient for our adventures. The unique trailer-like rooms added an element of charm and novelty to our experience, while still providing all the necessary comforts. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ grilling spot right outside our room, allowing us to enjoy delicious meals under the desert sky. The family-friendly atmosphere was evident throughout our stay, making it a perfect choice for families looking to explore the wonders of Joshua Tree together. Needless to say, our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this exceptional hotel.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Airstream was clean and well maintained. So many places to hang out and relax. The store and food offerings was appreciated since we were too tired to go out so we grabbed food and local beer and played games in our airstream, it was perfect.

What a cool spot! The Airstream was perfect! My own fire pit made watching the stars perfect. It is also only one stoplight from the Western entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. Loved my stay and enjoyed my happy hour bartender Terin who makes a mean jalapeño margarita!

This was a first time visit and though I usually camp in the Joshua Tree Park, I thought we'd do something different due to weather. It was a very good choice. Very comfortable, loved the amenities. Property was a good location to the various park entrances for hiking.

I love the uniqueness of staying at an airstream. The message from autocamp said we need to clean the unit or we'll be charged $150.00 for cleaning. As I was sweeping the floor before we checked out, I noticed thick layers of dust and remnants of dried noodles and a tag of an 85 degree cake on the floor, which made me think that nobody cleaned the floors.
