Oh dear.. where to start?
On arrival (the whole hotel smelled of fish guts probably from the restaurant next door), we were first of all told that “none of our 3 people rooms have a sea view”. So instead of what we booked we looked into other peoples kitchens, bedrooms and other rooms in an apartment block.
The sea was literally just across the road but no such luck.
The woman in reception told us that we needed to give a €100 deposit. Wich made us feel very uncomfortable, as this has never happened before.
Turns out she took €300 and they have still, five days later not been returned.
We also paid for the room in advance.
After this transaction she tells us “ the hotel has no hot water, today or tomorrow”.
We were very surprised as this apparently had been an issue for some time and the hotel could have told us beforehand so we could have cancelled. We were told we could have a partial refund on check out.
In the room the fridge was unplugged and electricity did not work properly. No hand soap.
But still fish smell everywhere.
Next morning, early check out.
There is a younger man. He phones colleague and “boss” about our partial refund, wich is denied.
He then says he must “go and check our room, so nothing is stolen”!!!!
He comes back and confirm that indeed nothing is missing.
Never ever have we been made to feel so uncomfortable in an hotel.
This behaviour was in front of other guests who seemed equally uncomfortable.
This is the worst hotel in France! Hands down!

It’s in a great location right opposite the beach. There are many great dining spaces. The transport is good and the hotel staff are fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Overall had a great stay and will be returning again.

The apartment we stayed in looked like it had been recently renovated. The AC worked well. We only stayed one night. The beds were comfortable. The reception staff was great. Very close to the airport but better than staying right at the airport.
Areas for improvement included:
No soap or shampoo in the room. All dispensers were empty.
No hot water in the shower. So cold shower without soap:(
Shower bottom area was gross.
No elevator in the building we stayed in.
Breakfast was sad. Not worth the money.
This could be a good hotel if they put more effort into the breakfast and housekeeping service.

The overall location is great, right in front of the ocean with good restaurants around. But the hotel itself was very dirty. The shower had hairs from previous guests, there was no toilet paper, no soap for the sink, and there were smears all over the steel parts in the bathroom. The room was covered in dust and the carpet seems to not be cleaned. When we arrived we noticed the shutters did not close and people could see inside the bathroom. When we told the staff, a lady said “I don’t see the problem” did not try to fix the situation. Bugs flying everywhere in the room and in the restaurant.

Absolutely not up to standard, would rate it maximum 2 stars. We were given a room with the paint falling off the walls, flor full of dust and mold in the shower. Even with a changed room with an upgrade (good, serviceminded front deal Wiman), it was a huge dissappointment. Broken lampa, filthy windows and mold here as well. Staff was friendly even though there were a few incidents…

Stay was good, room clean and beach is right across the street. Property seemed old and needing maintenance. The building I stayed at didn’t have elevators and staircase was narrow for luggage.

I want to start with the room, it is very small in general. I don't even understand why for families. The renovation and furniture in the room are old, so old that the lock in the toilet can trap you inside. As for breakfast for 70 euros, a very small selection of products, and it was not very tasty. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families with small children.

The location was perfect for walking the boardwalk and shopping and dining. The property was very quiet. I rated lower because of the condition of one of our rooms. The roof began dripping very soon after we checked in which is weird since neither of our rooms had hot water in the showers or sinks. The hot water was restored after a couple of hours. We were offered the chance to shower in another building down the street but we refused. The roof leak however only got worse and eventually became a solid stream of water. A repair man came with a ladder and tore open a big hole to see where the water was coming from. We were eventually moved to another room and the rest of our stay was uneventful. The property does need some attention as tiles were loose on the floors and faucets were leaking.

They were always charging you for extras when we first got there they charged us 350 then when we checked out it was another 60, said we’d get the first deposit back but I still haven’t received the credit?

No idea how they get away with calling themselves a 4 star hotel. It barely feels like 3 stars. The bathroom floods when you shower, the rooms are very small, the walls are losing their color, and the wifi is patchy, not to mention some rooms are in a separate building.

We had booked two rooms. One for me and my wife and one for my daughter and family. When we arrived there were 4 pillows in each room, but no pillow covers. As we pointed that out they said it had been an accident and that their laundry would come during the day. My room had 2 towels, but no bathtowels and in my daughter's room there were none. At 9pm we wanted to go to bed after being up since 3am but still didn't have any pillowcovers or towels. After some discussion the receptionist could suddenly get us one pillow each. We went to sleep and were woken up at 10pm by the receptionist who came with towels. Why were we not informed about the accident and their lack of beddings and towels as we checked in? On top of it all we were all locked in on our first day. A fire door leading to our 2 rooms was impossible to open. We called the reception, shouted from the windows and balcony and banged on the door. After 15 minutes a man passed by on the street outside who could help us. This was very distressing. What if there had been a fire?! Apart from all mentioned the air conditioning didn't work, there was an opened bottle of alcohol left in the fridge, some days water was refilled in the rooms after cleaning and sometimes not, almost no water came in the shower and the bottom valve in the basin got stuck. Every day we had to go down to the reception to activate the key card into the room. The only good thing with our stay at the hotel was that the breakfast was good.
