Room was huge! You could fit at least 2 queen size air mattresses along with 2 pack n plays in them if needed. A bit outdated and in need of touch ups, but comfortable and quiet. Had small fridge, microwave and small coffee pot. Not sure what the breakfast had as we were a bit late for it, but fresh fruit, cereal, bagels and toast were still out. If you are looking for boujee, then look elsewhere. If you want something budget friendly, while still no icing you want you need, then you’ve found it.

Great quiet place, toilet in bathroom ran a lot, everything else was great considering the age of the building.

We immediately regretted having booked this location, however it was too late at night to move. Awful smell in the room, bathroom was in disrepair, toilet flush broken, tiny bugs in bathroom sink. Insufficient pillows and uncomfortable beds. Flies in the breakfast area.

No cell service caused problems at the front desk. Our phones were not able to access long distance and hotel was tired. Needs a good paint job too. Overall pleasant stay and nice staff though.

TV was not hung on wall. The hanging bracket and wall anchors were pulled out of the wall. Lots of holes in the bathroom walls where towel bars had fallen off. We had 2 donuts in a bag and found a roach in the bag in the morning. Front desk was empty when we arrived and waited about 10 minutes for a staff member to show. He was very helpful when he arrived. Bed was comfy but the 3 double bed size pillows were worn flat. We had a king bed. They need a maintenance man…

This place was not great. The first room was dirty and smelly. The second room was clean, but the key struggled to work.
Breakfast was poor and served on throw away polystyrene plates.
I paid far too much for this room.
Very disappointed.

This was a horrid, horrid property. The desk clerk, a genuinely helpful and kind woman, let me know that a few nights prior she was startled by a stranger who came in one side door, cleaned out the breakfast food, and carried it out the other door. Strangers off the street coming in at night?? Time to lock the doors!! I checked, and can't recall that they COULD be locked; they were just indoor-type door handles. Lights in the parking lot were just poles with wires sticking out, since the actual lights had been ripped off of them. The bathroom faucet was greasy. A table in the room had a layer of dust and a coating of small white hairs, so heaven only knows the last time it was cleaned. The upstairs hallway door with the sign Keep Door Closed was being propped open by a pile of dirty laundry. This property is unsafe and unclean. It should be removed from your listings.

We were 2 couples thus renting 2 rooms. C’est ne of the room had bugs traps everywhere and of course dead bugs all along each walls. Otherwise it’s old furnitures and decor from 1980 but main issue is clealiness. Usually continental breakfast is not wow but in this case it was apple, old boxes of cereals, couples of pastries and toast. Really basic but you can find restaurant nearby.

This place is infested with generations of roaches! It had a smell. There was no coffee pot for the coffee maker. I slept with my things on the bed.

The pictures on the website are old pictures. We were very disappointed with our stay and we payed for two nights but only ended up staying one because we didn't feel comfortable. The pool is not open and has not been maintained. All the rooms are torn up and all over the place. One of the buildings are for homeless people, and the lobby was locked when we tried to check out during normal business hours. There was no breakfast, the whole thing was just disappointing and wasn't at all like the website suggested. I did not feel comfortable staying another night. It's run by a couple that are the only staff there so I know they are doing there best to stay afloat but I wouldn't bring a family.

Property appears to have homeless people squatting in it. Most motel doors wide open. Derelict vehicles with flat tires parked in front. Could not/would not stay there. Left immediately.
I have no idea why - A. It's open and B. Why Expedia would offer it.
The only good part is that the "staff member" let us cancel our reservation so that we didn't have to pay.
I would love to hear from someone at Expedia about this dump.

It was ok for thevtwo nights we were .
Hotels does not have an accurate description of the Motel. There is mostly "people" living in some of the rooms. There is no breakfast , no ice machine , no phones in room, no pool amd no hot tub. Hotels has the proerty on line incorre t.
If the owner qould updatvthe place it would be great.

Place needs to be demolished and rebuild new. Pool not accessible, hot tub broken. AC working great, hot water and pressure great. Gym and other activities couldn’t find. Breakfast wasn’t there at 7am, for 1 night stay it’s ok and price it’s ok. Don’t think I’ll stay there again. Search for better places.

This hotel exceeds my expectation. Will definitely stay again.

When we arrived, the front door was locked. A note near the door directed us to call a number - that had no area code. When asked, the manager said "I thought everyone would know the area code." We're travelers, why would we know the area code?
Anyway, we were not told what the wi-fi password was. I called the same number as before but never got a callback. I was previously told by the manager that she was having a problem with harassing phone calls from someone and wasn't answering the phone. But if that is the same line that guests are using, I don't know, why not look at the Caller ID? And or call the police on the person that was harassing? Why not promptly listen to voice mail messages.
When we booked the room, one of the criteria was chose / choose, is breakfast included as this is VERY convenient. It need not be a full buffet, but something. We were told that this motel was no longer serving breakfast. That's fine, I guess, but their site should be updated on Travelocity to indicate such.
At checkout in the morning, again, the front door was locked, and there was no one in the lobby. I got into the lobby via a side door and left the key on the desk.
The manager, overall, was friendly (though I never saw her again after checking in), and the room itself was VERY spacious, and clean. Those were the only redeeming aspects of our stay.

The room itself was nice. However, I paid for “continental breakfast” and confirmed over the phone that breakfast was included with accommodation to only find out that morning that breakfast was not being served due to covid. Disappointing and inconvenient especially when you travel with children and one of them had a broken bone. They did bring us half container of milk and an open bag of cereal -no spoons, no bowls. I took it as a joke. There was no refund and no apology. Very unfortunate experience.

I found the property to be excessively noisy. The room was clean, but the light in the bathroom didn't work. Also, the cleaning and safety practices listed says "Guest accommodations are accessible via mobile device." This hotel doesn't even have key cards, just regular old-fashioned keys. The room also had a large overstuffed recliner that you had to move to get to the desk. This was a disappointing stay.

Thanks you for everything.
Staff was accommodating and room was perfect

The property looked nice from the outside and the lobby. The room was very large with an adjoining sitting room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice.

Upon arrival, there was no clear instructions on where to go to register. Once we figured it out, we had to go in the lobby and dial a phone. After several attempts, someone finally picked up and said they would be right out. The man was dressed in a raggedy tee shirt with stains on it. Checked us in and handed us the keys. He did not explain where the room was located, so we walked around the entire area trying to find our room. After several minutes the man came outside and pointed in the direction of where we needed to go. Once in the room, the main area was pretty clean and it was spacious. However, the ice bucket was dirty and the lid was stuck closed requiring us to wash and force the lid off. After cleaning the bucket, we went to get ice. However, the ice machine on our floor was not working. We checked all around the Inn and could not find a working machine. We called to the front desk to ask where we could get ice and we were informed that they did not have any ice available because too many people were taking it!?!?! Never heard such a response in my life. The last issue was there was mildew in shower and the shower curtain was not lined. In the morning when we went to check out, the main lobby area was locked and there was no instructions on how to check out or where to put keys. When we called the main number to find out what to do, no one Answered. Had to back to room and call “0” to find out how to leave. Also was supposed to be free breakfast. There was nothing

Arrived late. Owner was super nice. Gave us his cell to call when we got there. Upgraded our room and even let me park my bike by the patio of our room. Could not have asked for more.

While this hotel has signs everywhere about a $250 charge for smoking anywhere indoors, it reeks of decades of cigarette smoke. They use the heck out of carpet powder, but it does not cover up that stink. They simply need to replace the carpet and all drapes. The smell is permanent.
Otherwise the stay was fine. Clean rooms, friendly staff, safe and quiet area, and the room layout itself was very nice.

Toilet not working properly... property is being used as a homeless shelter...

The room was missing a clock, there were 2 used towels in the bathroom, the sheet on one bed had a stain on it. You get what you don't pay for...

Problem with thermostat on the heat. Had to shut it off to not be roasted alive. Faucet in bathroom sink loose. Could use a little TLC. Went to breakfast, unfortunately most of the hot bins were empty.

his hotel was older but very clean and a ten for the value! Our check in took minutes, and we had parking directly outside our room! It was also the biggest motel room I have ever stayed in. Winter stay so no pool. Would stay here again for sure.

Our room was really nice! We were surprised with the size of, everything seemed new, kitchenette was very helpful. The man who ran the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. He even got up earlier than usual to have breakfast ready for us since we had to be up so early.

The room was clean and no surprises. The property does need updating and the breakfast could use a little more imagination.

Can’t best it for the price. Antiquated but clean and comfortable.

I have been staying at the Hollow Inn regularly until I find permanent housing in the area. The accommodations are fine and the price is good. The place is a little dated but it's clean and comfortable and I will keep returning.

The room was in the main inn which was fine. I was arriving after 10 when desk closed and they were very accommodating. The room was worn but clean and had a small kitchenette with a fridge. Price was great for a one night stay. Would go there again since I was just passing through going to Burlington.

overall I enjoyed my stay. the rooms are spacious and clean. the refrigerator should be moved out of the closet, it's present placement restricts access to the closet rendering the closet all but unusable. the staff where friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean. Check in staff, fantastic. I was running late to check in (check in till 10:00 pm) I called and front desk said no problem. I would give my stay 5 stars. Highly recommended.
