Hotel is nice, front desk staff need training and be more understanding towards guests, specially if they’re making you wait 3 hours for a check in after 3pm. Got to my room at around 6:30pm after checking in at 3:15pm. Other than that situation rest of staff was nice and polite and the stay uneventful.

Do not stay here and do not use hotels.com!! The front desk staff is absolutely horrible. My reservation was messed upd because hotels.com only listed me on the reservation, so I had to pay additional for my husband. But then the front staff said I didn’t pay for the hotel at all. Corey at the front desk was no help. Jade however was thank goodness. But it took two hours to check in. The rest of the staff was friendly. The food was mediocre. The buffet was fine, but the French restaurant was terrible. The entertainment was lackluster.

Do not stay here and do not use hotels.com!! The front desk staff is absolutely horrible. Experience at Royalton recap first when we arrived around 1pm they allowed us to check in early we were excited just to be disappointed because when we got to the room we realized that this wasn’t the room that we actually booked. They gave us a king bed when we booked a double bed luxury room. We called the front desk and they told us they didn’t have any more of those rooms available we were annoyed that they didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know. However, they did look into it and provided us an updated room with two double beds and an ocean view. While we waited for the room to be prepared, we went to the buffet to have lunch. The buffet food was trash and didn’t have much variety or choices of food. When we finally got to the new upgrade room we were surprised to see that the room wasn’t maintained as most Royalton resorts are. The paint was chipping, there were black scuff marks on the walls. There was a hole in the bathroom.That night checking the beds we noticed these little tiny bugs on my bed at least 10 of them. I had to kill them by now it was around 3 AM and I didn’t want to call the front desk to have us switch rooms again. First thing in the morning I called the front desk to let them know that I would like new sheets and pillows from housekeeping, but the person didn’t show up until six hours later. Even up until the time of departure I called and asked for a bellboy to come get our luggage because we were on the 3rd floor and it was raining NOONE came

Close to the airport, friendly staff , drinks options were good. I didn't enjoy the food at the Italian restaurant though, but the waitress was very pleasant and accommodating .

They need to do better to keep the floors/stairs/hallways clean as it was often dirty resulting in bugs swarming the particles of food. A few of the restaurants were only open on certain evenings. The entrance is very nice; but all areas of building 19, including the room, smelt like mildew (need better ventilation perhaps). The corners of the bedroom and bathroom were filthy; there were stains on the furniture in the room (couch and chair). The coasters in the bathroom with glasses on them had mildew growing on them (I left them for the week and they were never replaced or changed); there were spots of toothpaste on the mirror when I arrived and they were never cleaned for the full week I was there. When they say your minibar is stocked, it had two cokes, two sprite, two bottles of water, a juicebox and two beer). The manager is very diligent and will try to make things better when asked. The best part of the visit was the young gentleman opening the gate to the resort—extremely friendly and always smiling.

Our annual girls trip this year was to Grenada and we stayed at the Royalton Grenada. It was truly unforgettable, and I can confidently say it was one of our favorite travel experiences to date! From the moment we arrived, we were pampered in the Diamond Club, which elevated our stay to new heights. Our stunning swim-out room allowed us to step directly into the pool, creating a blissful oasis right at our doorstep.
The food, drinks, and entertainment were all exceptional, but what really stood out was the attentive service from the incredible staff. Special shout-outs to our service providers, whose dedication to ensuring our comfort was unmatched. They helped us navigate every twist and turn of our plans, embodying true customer service excellence. Yolanda was especially exceptional and always there for us! Bertrand at the front desk was also a gem, always ready to assist with a warm smile. He was always incredibly busy but always made us feel welcomed and that he was ready to help. Other special shoutouts are the guys driving the buggies. They were nothing short but incredible at customer service and they often went above and beyond.
Every single staff member we encountered radiated positivity and professionalism, leaving us with wonderful memories that we will cherish forever. We can’t wait to return to Royalton Grenada for another extraordinary getaway! Next time, I will bring my family!

Booked this hotel for my best friend’s birthday weekend getaway for one night. We arrived on August 3 at 3PM and were advised that our room was not ready yet…. Mind you check in is at 3PM. We were asked to go enjoy the bar and they would contact us when the room became available, so we did. At 4:30 we realized no one was calling us so went back to front desk only to be told once more that our room was not ready. At this point I requested that we speak to a supervisor. He came out and tried to resolve… we got access to our room at 5:15. Changed into our swimsuits and headed back to the pool at 5:45PM. Unfortunately the bar closes at 5 and the other at 6. The bartender at the opened bar told us he won’t be able to mix drinks because even though they close at 6 they have to break down the bar in order to leave and get access to the staff bus at 6.
Our entire experience and what we paid for was robbed as a result of not having access to our rooms in time to allow us to change and enjoy the amenities. The supervisor offered us one hour extra checkout and a bottle of wine.
Safe to say, I will not be returning to this hotel.

The only thing about this hotel is it did not have an elevator anywhere on the property. He had to climb a lot of stairs to get to your room. You had to take a golf cart ride to your room. Everything was far away, but customer service was excellent were good and comfortable.
