Remote glamping. Feels like a miracle that this camp in the middle of the Serengeti has hot water, electricity, Internet, and white tablecloth dining. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is not for the faint hearted or light sleeper. There are delightful animal noises at night. Baboons come into the camp at dusk. You need an escort to the dining tent after dark (easily arranged by telephone). I had a buffalo outside my tent one night. I never felt unsafe though.
I would strongly recommend to book via a tour guide. It's tough to figure out how to get there otherwise.

The food was excellent and the chef was great . Took personal attention to prepare food according to taste . The hotel staff was top notch . However the tent was unbearable at night with the howling wind and above all no power between 2.00 p.m to 6.00 p.m is unacceptable . There should be more pedestal fans inside the rooms .
