Tawi is the most amazing oasis in near the Kilimanjaro and Amboseli. The staff is the kindest and most professional we’ve seen. The food is amazing and the rooms gorgeous.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tawi Lodge.
We saw elephants and zebras at the watering hole while having lunch - which was such a joyous experience. We really enjoyed our meals at Tawi Lodge, which were of a very high quality. We did think some of the portion sizes for dinner were way too big and hence maybe clients should be offered a sharing portion to avoid wastage?
There was a good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks included in the all-inclusive package.
The eco-friendly tent-like lodges were a delight to stay in and you felt extremely safe in them. We fell asleep and woke up listening to the sounds of nature - which is just what we wanted when we chose to stay at Tawi.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing weekend in Amboseli. I was there at the end of the low season which was still wonderful and meant it was not crowded at all. The food was delicious and my guide Henry was amazing! All of the amenities you need with great character.

Being able to lounge by/in the pool, sipping a cocktail, while watching elephants, zebra, giraffes and other wildlife visit the watering hole just in front of the property. Incredible views of Kilimanjaro as well.

Tawi Lodge is a corner of tranquil, luscious heaven in the sparse dusty plains of Amboseli! We ended up only doing one game drive so we could spend the rest of the time at the lodge. From our sunbeds and from the veranda we could see elephants, giraffes, zebras, impalas, monkeys, mongoose, donkeys and warthogs! The houses are INCREDIBLE, the views over Kilimanjaro are breathtaking, the food is delicious, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, and we wish we could live there!! The cherry on the cake for us was Ali & Peter who looked after the lodge. Their stories of growing up in Kenya were amazing and they are such kind, welcoming people. We hope we are fortunate enough to return.
