We couldn’t make it to the original destination so we had to stay in Tulum for a couple nights so this was the only avai

Great location just few blocks away downtown.

Well, shower water was a bit cold, toilet was missing the seat, we only got one small toilet paper roll, we were 2 people staying for 2 nights.

Good internet.

I know the rooms in the 'hotel' are cheap, but when we arrived there was no one there. We rang the doorbell several times. The bed was awful. The owner would not accept payment in dollars. We were informed parking could be arranged, but we were told just to park in the street.

No room available at all because of roof collapse

The host was kind of helpful, she sent a message to two other hostels/hotels whether they had rooms available for us, with no result though.

The fact that I had been calling and sending messages all day, and when we arrived at night, in the dark, the place was very hard to find, because of the wrong location on Booking.com, the wrong telephone number, but this was not the worst. When we finally found the place, apparently the roof had collapsed on the left side of the building, so she had two rooms less, and no room available for us. Off course, this can happen, but she had been able to inform us of this all day long, and the day before as well. So now we arrived after a very long day, and were told that she could not host us. 🙄 Very bad communication...

the location was quite good

there was mold on walls and it really smells bad. we arrived late in the evening and luckily had to stay only 1 night.
